Thanks (again!) JerseyGirl for that update! Very much appreciated.

I think this was posted earlier about her having a court appearance before Sidney's. Thought I'd post the article anyway. :)

Pre-trial hearing held for Tammy Moorer for violation of gag order
http://www.wmbfnews.com/story/36240...d-for-tammy-moorer-for-violation-of-gag-order

CONWAY, SC (WMBF) – Tammy Moorer, the wife of Sidney Moorer who is also accused of kidnapping missing woman Heather Elvis, appeared in court Tuesday morning for a pre-trial hearing.
Tammy Moorer is accused of violating the gag order in the case for posting information about the Heather Elvis case to her Facebook page, according to court documents.
[.....]
Judge Markley Dennis said a pre-trial hearing was held Tuesday before Sidney Moorer headed into day two of his obstruction of justice trial, and it was determined that the matter needed to be investigated further. The case has been continued until her next court appearance can be scheduled by the administrative judge.

Okay - setting my alarm for 4:30pm my time for this trial....

Hopefully the live stream will work for me today....

At the end of the day yesterday the judge asked each attorney how many witnesses were left. Truslow said he would not be calling anyone as of now (of course SM will not try to defend his cowardly 🤬🤬🤬) and Livesay said one of her witnesses today will probably take quite a long time. Any guesses on who that will be? More about phone calls?

I wonder if it would be Grant Fredericks, the forensic video analyst from the kidnapping trial who testified to a truck caught on surveillance video matching the same truck belonging to the Moorers going to and from PTL and the Moorer's home.

Maybe.

After the whole "hearsay" debacle and NL no longer being allowed to ask Bri what Heather said on the phone, I wish she would have asked Bri another question or two about what SHE said to Heather. I thought that was a good way to get around it even though it got an objection (I think).

Anyone have a link that allows for google casting? I'm streaming on my iPad Pro the last few days and even though the screen is nearly 13", my eyes are getting a bit wacky. TIA!

After our conversation yesterday, I wish someone with legal knowledge would chime in. I can see how it would be hearsay if NL asked Bri what SM said to Heather. If NL asked Bri what Heather said to Bri, I don't see how that's hearsay, since she's just repeating her own conversation. Still wondering if I'm splitting hairs, though.

Yeah, maybe splitting hairs since the answers to both questions would be the same? I also still don't get why "she was hysterical and crying" was allowed but the words she said were not. We do need an attorney here!

Lead investigator testifies about conversations with Sidney Moorer during day two of his obstruction of justice trial

"If somebody spits in my coffee, I'm not going to try to drink around it” Cauble testified. “I'm going to assume that all of the coffee is contaminated. So I'm going to throw that cup of coffee away and get a new cup of coffee. In this case, if someone lies to us in an investigation, we are assuming that everything is a lie as well until we figure out if it's the truth or not."

The Judge is there and people are starting to sit down:

Polly is there with the M's youngest son and daughter. No sign of TM, SM or Truslow's co-counsel.
