After our conversation yesterday, I wish someone with legal knowledge would chime in. I can see how it would be hearsay if NL asked Bri what SM said to Heather. If NL asked Bri what Heather said to Bri, I don't see how that's hearsay, since she's just repeating her own conversation. Still wondering if I'm splitting hairs, though.

There are exceptions to hearsay rules. I don't know the laws there but this might fall within the exception, allowing Bri to say what Heather said to her, since Heather is deceased.

Here we go for day 3! Hoping today seals the deal on this conviction. The only small worry I have is even if we get a guilty verdict, what is the known to be light sentencing Judge going to give SM for it?

ETA: On a 1-10 scale definitely a 8.5. ^^
