What I'm gathering is that Truslow is objecting to having the "pattern of life" testimony because it goes back for a month and will show that HE was NOT driving by his house. Truslow doesn't want that to come out. None of these players are good communicators!

Ok judge. Just rule and let's get this going. Judge is too keen on getting into the ring and arguing. He should be ruling.

judge's roll is to be mediator and the best ones have a calming influence on a courtroom whereby all involved can conduct business of the court in a dignified manner. This judge does nothing but inflame each and every situation...he screams rather than talks...he interrupts and clearly hates women in general.

It was posted on one of TM FB pages about a week ago and nobody could determine where it came from. I know we are lax around here as far as moderating ourselves b/c we have been together a long time but I don't want to break TOS and get in trouble. I'll see if I can find a link but I def have an image. It was just a sheet of paper with locations typed up of GPS coordinates that had an address in FL as well as the Moorer house that is for Heather's phone. I assume it will be shown if they allow this testimony to continue.

OK, well in the judge's defense, both of the attorneys ARE too talkative. All NL had to say was that this guy's testimony would prove that Heather's normal goings-on refute SM's claim that she was driving by his house. I would be aggravated if I were the judge, too, quite frankly.
