Did they do this at the last trial? I'm not remembering phone ping talk.

Taylor Herlong:

December 18th records show she left her house and moved near Longbeards restaurant. In that area that her phone made 6 calls from 2:32-3:45.

Now they are looking through Sidney's records from December 17-18. Says on the 17th, he was near Tilted Kilt and Sticky Fingers.

Around 10:52, his records show he was driving past Heather's house and then near Longbeards Restaurant.

On December 18th around 1:12am, Sidney's phone leaves Sticky Fingers and is near Walmart.

December 18th 1:30am - near the phone booth where Sidney admitted he called Heather. Around 3:15 the phone is back home. Nothing in between.

Nope. And this makes me soooo much more hopeful for the second trial.

Thinking out loud and we can discuss new ideas during lunch or after but why would SM phone to go LB hours before Heather was there? So many different ideas come to mind but none that make sense.

IMO

And now, the expert is using BOTH SM and Heather's records together on the screen.

This testimony makes me even more convinced Heather was never at PTL, alive or dead. Someone else drove her car there. Probably SM since his DNA would already be in it anyway since he was having sex with her.

No. This guy wasn't at the last trial.

I think Sid would be in prison right now if this evidence was introduced at the last trial. Do you know why the state didn't bring it up?

If LB was one of his maintenance clients that could be the answer.

I do not remember this, we wanted pings and they never gave them!

Her phone had call activity in the Longbeards area at 3:45? Did I read that correctly?

This is what I have never understood. There is such a huge gap in the state's timeline and so many other moving parts and phone activity.

They were too married to the PTL scenario.

I think the first trial would have had a very different outcome if they'd had this testimony in it. Wow!

If that's not one of the properties he worked for, I think he was scoping out a nice isolated place with no security cameras to meet up with her later.

That's what she tweeted, I didn't listen.

Liz Cooper:

Phone expert says Elvis phone started moving an hour after she received the call from a pay phone on the early morning hours of the 18th.

Phone expert says during month of Dec the only time her phone used tower near Peach Tree Landing was early hours of 18th (day she vanished).
