Jessica Cooke
The first witness of the trial was Jessica Cooke, who was at a manager at the former Tilted Kilt at Broadway at the Beach, where Elvis worked in 2013.

According to Cooke, she was aware of the relationship between Elvis and Sidney Moorer.

Moorer also worked there as a maintenance technician and would bring Elvis bagels and coffee, according to the witness.

On cross examination by the defense, Cooke was asked about Elvis’ weight gain. The witness said Elvis took a pregnancy test that came back as an error.

The state's first witness is Jessica Cooke. Cooke was the manager at the Tilted Kilt where Heather Elvis worked at the time of her disappearance.

Cooke testifies Moorer was hired as a maintenance man at the Tilted Kilt. She said Moorer, who was married, and Heather Elvis started a sexual relationship.

Cooke says the relationship started in the summer of 2013. Mid to late October Heather got a call, was "freaking out...distraught", caller said she was Mrs. Moorer.

Cooke testifies Heather Elvis was afraid of Tammy Moorer after Tammy found out about the affair. She broke it off with Sidney. Cooke said Elvis' body started to change, went from an A cup to a C cup.

Under cross-exam the defense shows Cooke a FB post from Elvis in Dec 2013. "Does that indicate to you that she got her period the first of Dec?" Cooke says yes but Elvis asked her if you could "spot" while pregnant.

During Sidney's first trial and Tammy Moorer's trial, friends of Heather Elvis' testified they believed she was pregnant with Sidney's baby.

Regarding whether Heather was consuming alcohol (while possibly pregnant) at the TK Christmas party, Cooke stated, "I was bartending and did not serve her any alcohol."
