When BK worked at the FBI, he testified all over the world. Singapore, Belfast, London, etc.
BK is involved with a bunch of societies relating to his work.
BK has testified as an expert over 400 times.

JB moves to have him recognized as an expert.

NL asks him if he was the head of just the audio and if someone else is the head of video. BK confirms this other person was his senior and was the head of video.

NL asks BK when he left the FBI. He retired in 1995.
NL: I was trying to remember what she was doing in 1995. She remembers still having a VHS, "man I loved that thing." I didn't even have a cell phone in 1995. Was digital available?
BK: Digital was only available to professionals. Consumers had VHS and BETA.

Hey PTF!!

BBM This! I really want to know why they haven't used this before?? Slam dunk in my opinion. Can't wait for closing arguments.

BBM

My best guess would be is the state was saving this for the murder trial when it came to fruition. But with SM's first trial being a mistrial, they decided to pull this out to secure a guilty verdict.
