NL: When was the last time you saw Heather?
JS: A week or two before she went missing.
NL: Did you have intentions of seeing her on the 17th or 18th?
JS: No.
NL: Was there any animosity?
JS: No we were friends.
NL: Did you ever purchase a pregnancy test? (HA!)
JS: No
NL: What color was the truck you drove?
JS: Green
NL: Was your truck ever on Mill Pond Rd or Hwy 814?
JS: No
NL: Was it at PTL?
JS: No
NL: Do you know where Heather Elvis is?
JS: No.
NL: Did you have anything to do with her disappearnce?

JS states the Defense has never contacted him at all, not even about his phone records. He was interviewed by the police twice and voluntarily gave them his phone. They did not have to get a search warrant.
