I never thought there could be anyone as nasty as Tammy, but here she is.... I love the curt answers and smirking when testifying. It blows my mind there are people you can take one look at an immediately know they are awful. We used to have a friend whose wife looked just like these girls. That nasty look on their face and meaner than anything. She used to hit her husband. It amazes me they could get any man. The pictures of them with "rock stars" crack me up. I bet those guys are sweating bullets to get them away from them. They can get really good looking women. Why would they give Caison girls a second look...
You mean like the salesman at the Ford dealership who sold them the truck? After Tammy showed up, he stated he tried to close the deal in double time to get her out of his office. He couldn't take being around her one more second!!

Right! I think there was lots of energy happening at that neck of 814 between 12/17 and 12/23. Fresh back from the trip, HE potentially pregnant, TM burning with anger (over the course of the month about HE/SM affair, his lies, etc), the family pissed at SM for being an impulsive fool for having an affair, and triple couponing (topping the list). The holidays can be a stressful time in simple circumstances but the C/M family had way too much going on. I forgot grading and home-schooling.
drinking and dieting while trying to get pregnant!!...

Gotta wonder if it is legal at their address to burn everything......hmmmm?
Our county has periodic burn bans for unincorporated areas. The most recent one ranged from May 28, 2019 to June 10, 2019. I looked at the archives from December 2013 and saw nothing about a burn ban during that time.

Who goes to bed at 3:15 and gets up at 6? That’s a nap...
Someone who hours after Heather is taken, has to go grab something out of that Ford truck (reportedly a key ring) and rush off to go shopping after staying up all night long. Makes perfect sense right?

I'd give anything to know what she really took from the truck and the real purpose for leaving the house.

I know several of you are looking for the videos from today. Here's a link to Law & Crime's full playlist of the trial: Sidney Moorer Retrial - YouTube

I only see two videos for today (Day 5). I don't know if that's everything, but I'll embed both of them here.

What of Heather's has never been found? Other than the cell phone - I think Tammy held on to that for a bit and/or destroyed it herself.

Here's the next one. It looks to be short (Donald DeMarino and Jessica Adams). These are the last 2 witnesses before the State rests. Hopefully they'll put up the videos of the first two Defense witnesses, since one is AC. I'll keep a look-out.

And don’t forget smoking pot!
Yup, I did forget that one!! I would say and having affairs but I suppose she couldn’t get pregnant the way she was doing it...

That's what I was thinking, too. There is always a little nugget of truth the lie is wrapped around. She 'needed' the keyring to go shopping. If for some reason the original video system had been recovered and showed her getting keys out of the truck, well, she needed the Bi-Lo key ring tag, so having keys in her hand wouldn't be too suspicious.

I'm guessing SM is not wearing his jumpsuit and shackles as to not prejudice the jury against him. I imagine if he were incarcerated for a violent crime (rather than obstruction), it might be a different story. I could be wrong, but I doubt it, because I watch a lot of Law & Order: SVU.

That said, if TM were to testify (and I don't think she will*), would it be a different story for her as a witness? She's incarcerated for a much more serious crime, and she's not the one on trial. Does anybody know if she'd be in her jumpsuit and shackles, like DD was today?

*I don't think TM will testify for the State because NL said the one other potential witness they may present will be very brief. When it comes to testifying, TM can't spell "brief." I don't think she'll testify for the Defense, because that would open her up to NL on cross, and she's currently incarcerated for conspiracy to kidnap, as in SM's co-conspirator. The jury wouldn't need a calculator to add 2+2 together.

She also says that she really wanted TM to go with her but that TM could NOT come home. What hours did the M’s say they were working? Seems pretty irresponsible to be out drinking while someone is watching your children and they want you to go home so they can do something and you say no. Didn’t SM say they went to a club but there weren’t many cars there so they just drove around getting gas and doing the deed...really you can’t come home to relieve your sister of watching your children when she had something she wanted to accomplish?? If they really had nothing to do why didn’t they go home at midnight when she asked?

If I saw my sister walking around the property with a mirror at the fountain or in the trees, I would definitely ask her what the heck she is doing. I bet most of the jurors would also.

Of course, MOO.

Oh no, it's not just you. I would ask my sister something like this, "Have you lost your ring? keys? anything I can help you with? maybe you've lost your marbles?" I should think ANYbody would.

I know we all know why, I’m just venting.

I would think so. Her crime of kidnapping is way more serious than his failure to appear.
But she won’t be testifying. She’s back in her new home.

By her not asking what was going on she clearly knows exactly what's going on, she gave herself away. You've got LE showing up at your sisters door step asking about a missing girl, your bro-in-law is being questioned by them and your sister is searching random areas outside and under the truck they used the night the girl went missing but you don't suspect anything or ask about it...another first.
