Watching his expressions. SM is wishing he'd turned on TM.

I was just going to ask if anyone else was intently studying his body language?

I've never seen a judge leave his seat to talk with the jury. Is this common?

I swear it looked like SM was trying his hardest not to throw up.

I know he's been exponentially better this time, but I'm so glad this is the last time Judge Markley Dennis will be charging a jury, so I thought I would commemorate it with a photo

I don't think he is ever going to stop "charging"

It doesn't appear SM is the only one concerned.

None of the 1st 12 jurors raised their hand to say they don't feel like they can continue. So, it looks like the alternates will not be needed.

The jury is retiring to the jury room, so the judge can discuss with the attorneys. He'll call them back out if any further instructions are needed.

Websleuths you suck today, sorry to call you out but it's the truth.

This Judge had done a lot of uncommon things, including shaking the hand of the defendent after he was found guilty of obstructing justice and wishing him well.

The only thing after this verdict that is pending are the Fraud charges (hello, Judge Culbertson - what's going on?!?) Way back on December 18th a motion was filed for handwriting samples of each.

And of course, the potential "civil suit" by SM and TM and the rapping attorney.

He's losing it. I saw that coming

Should I start driving to Conway?

I just got back home, missed it all! Why is Sidney crying?

Is it live still?

His 1st chance to have had mercy was before he conspired to kidnap/kidnap Heather and walk away from the plan. His 2nd chance was to confess in December 2013. His 3rd chance was to testify against his wife and plead guilty to charges. His 4th chance was to tell the Elvis family where their daughter was and ask for mercy. He gets none now. He is probably realizing that if he or his family was on that jury they would have to vote guilty on both counts. It must be sobering. He can't avoid the penalty now.

Because

A: They wouldn't let him talk to the family. And
B. He knows his 🤬🤬🤬 is grass.

He started crying after the jury was led out to deliberate. Just before he left the courtroom.

I missed the entire closing :(
Any notable moments from Nancy?
