Oh - anyone know "what" time the trial starts?? 8:30am or 9am ? Need to text my self a message on Monday to remember to do tweets!
And this is ET - so only 7 hours behind me!

I guess jury selection starts on Monday. No way to know how long that will last.

17 hours??!!! Wow - I thought 7 hours ahead of the east coast was a long time. So I'm guessing - if it's a 8:30am start time - I'll set my alarm for 3:30pm - glad it's NOT early AM like you!

@Niner -- Good morning! Jury selection completely slipped my mind too ugh! I don't think there'll be much tweeting going on at all in the morning sess, so maybe I'll set my alarm for 4/5am, depending what time they're actually going to start. Hopefully something in regards to the starting time will be tweeted/posted somewhere online over the weekend so we know for absolute sure. (I think I read somewhere it's a 9-9.30am start but I aren't 100% certaint so please don't quote me! LOL)

I have also long anticipated the trial for Tammy Moorer. I will say though that I am really scared she will get away with it. I closely followed the case and the other trials. What are the charges against her- conspiracy to commit kidnapping? Besides the texts what is the evidence against her? She isn't on surveillance cameras with Sidney. She can't be seen in or driving the black truck. They got rid of the surveillance tapes from their home.

TM has seemingly skirted the law over and over with no repercussions, that worries me. In addition, the last two judges seem to be extremely biased against NL, if not the case being brought against the evil duo. Hoping the State has jaw-dropping evidence against her, not just a few circumstantial pieces that require jurors to connect the dots. Heather's family has waited long enough, if she skates on these charges I'm going to lose my cookies.

I haven't seen anyone mention this, but Sid could potentially be paroled in March 2019. If so, would he immediately be remanded for trial on the conspiracy/kidnap charges?

Tuesday, October 13th:
*Eligible for Parole Oct. 13, 2018 - SC - Heather Rachel Elvis (20) (Dec. 4, 2013) - Sidney St.Clair Moorer (38/now 41) accused of obstruction of justice charge for allegedly lying to investigators about phone call on night Heather went missing and found guilty 8/30/17 rec'd 10 years with year served. Hearing would be 45-60 days after this date.
4/27/18 Update: Both indicted for conspiracy to commit kidnapping.
7/25/18 Update: State files (6/22/18) motion to try both defendants in one trial. March, 2017 GJ indicted Sidney for kidnapping & obstruction of justice and Tammy for kidnapping. On April 27, 2018 and additional indictment against both for conspiracy to commit kidnapping. Tammy's trial started on Oct. 8, 2018.

BBM: Me too, because all we've seen from Wal-mart is the still shot (aerial) of SM making the purchase; I remember us debating what kind of smokes he was buying. Please, please, please let there be more footage that includes TM. Please.

I'm not religious in any way, but will be sending rafts of positive thoughts to the Elvis family over the next few weeks. May their prayers reward them with the justice they deserve.

Hello WS friends. I know so many of us followed this when it happened, and I’ve been gone from WS for awhile, but now Im back and ill be here following along with you all.

Justice for Heather has been a long time coming, but it *is* coming.

I am anxious to see what dramatics “the Mrs” tries to get herself out of this. I have a sneaking suspicion that she will absolutely panic when she sees all her dirty laundry being aired. She has handled it thus far by lying and obfuscating details, but she can’t do that anymore once it’s all out there.

I've been watching the twitters religiously lol..waiting and waiting for news, any news regarding TM's trial on Monday but as of yet, nothing!!
