It is very difficult to find anything about the trial.

ETA: I am surprised the court house is open today since it is Columbus Day, a federal holiday.

Thanks for the clean up, I went to the front page to save the link and saw those threads but didn't want to touch them with a 10 foot pole, sorry for not alerting them in the usual fashion.

I didn't realize it was Columbus Day, it is surprising they're starting jury selection, but it has been way too long.

On to catching up with the rest of the thread after morning errands, hope they're close to having the jury seated by now. lol

I'm here for the next few hours. I will post tweets and/or MSM if something comes up between now and then. So far, nothing, but I did see a tweet response that said jury selection would start at 10:00am (2 hours ago).

I believe the defense can call him as a witness. However, that will set him up for cross examination by prosecution sooooooo........

I'm thinking they mean a jury is expected to be seated at 1.30 because as we know, jury selection was underway 2-3 hrs ago. Maybe I'm missing something..wouldn't surprise me, I'm still half asleep here lol.
