We figured it out. This hearing is about what can and cannot be used for this witness' testimony. The audio tape had several references to needing an attorney. Those lines of conversation on the tape cannot be used.

Oh I don't think we're going to have to wait too long to witness one of TM's tantrums--I reckon we'll see her being escorted out of the courtroom *handcuffed* several times during the course of this trial.

We can only hope. I'm contemplating going to attend some of the trial. I'm about an hour away.

Does everyone really think Sid would testify? His charges are still pending and South Carolina has Spousal Privilege so they cannot compel him to testify. I seriously doubt he'd offer anything that would implicate her, thereby implicating him and could be used when he goes to trial for the pending kidnapping charges. It would be a waste of time and money to call him.

I honestly don't think either one of them could testify without incriminating the other.

Witness and attorneys are talking about a hotel receipt that investigators found. It was in Sidney Moorer's name, but found in Heather Elvis' car.

If this is a new piece of evidence found recently, there's probably a slim-to-none chance of any CCTV available.

And, how wasn't this receipt discovered before in the first place?

WOW..you can be our reporter in the courtroom....how awesome would that be and even better, you'll get to witness TM getting escorted from the courtroom ha..now wouldn't that be something!! I'd give anything to witness that in person, myself lol. Hope you get to attend!

I don't remember a hotel receipt, but I do remember a receipt from Bi-Lo.
