Following...time for some measure of justice for Heather!

Thanks to everyone on the thread for posting tweets and the conversation. I am unable to be here during the actual time things are being reported as I am out of town.

It is very much appreciated and keep up the good work all of you. I hope and pray we get some justice for Heather this go around!

Please stay out trouble!

I don't have time to thank all of the post so consider them all thanked by me!
I’ll sure try friend. I’m already in restraint mode.

Seriously though folks. I remember all of Terry Elvis’ efforts, comments, pleas and prayers for his daughter during real time. Oozing with grief, desperation, love and rage. A few brought the word wrath to mind. I felt such pain for him. He loves his daughter as do Morgan and Debbie. They need to be able to lay her to peace. The Elvis family deserves and commands Justice.

I have always thought the Mrs. was the mastermind behind the whole thing .. Sure ole Sid has just as much of a hand in it, but I wonder if maybe he really doesn't "know" exactly what happened, and was just the one to lure Heather via phone to whatever location and then the Mrs. took care of the rest? I doubt the two of them really would be smart enough though to concoct that kind of plan and truly get away with it ...

I'm hoping Sid being a witness, maybe he will crack or took some sort of a deal?? Or can he be trusted with whatever he says on the stand?

I feel there will be lies ++++.
Evidence will be relied on, to dispute this.

Thanks to everyone providing updates! Justice for Heather!

I’ve got a question for you Tammy.

Where is Heather?

(Sorry sounding a little coo-koo, what’s new)

margarita,
Neither She nor her husband have any idea, don't you know.:D
However, let us see what evidence KNOWS. :)

It's so sad that she is bringing in her children to listen to the details especially given alot of it is related to their parents sex life,

YUK.
But they probably have heard a great deal more, than what will be revealed.
So the lies here, will be easy to follow, for them.
MOO.

They will be "excluded" from the courtroom until after they testify, not real sequester like the jury being put up in a hotel for the length of the trial. I have been on a murder trial and had to stay in a hotel for days...not fun.

But if folk like us were there together, it would be great.

I'm guessing they're sequestering witnesses so they can't hear what other witnesses testify to before they testify. Seems extreme, unless you think your witnesses are big liars.

Well, we certainly know two are, the main ones on trial, one after another.

I think the defense (Tammy) just put him on the list so he can maybe get a day trip out of his cage, I sincerely doubt they'd ever call him, he has far too much to lose under cross exam (and Livesay would be brutal on him).

But it would be wonderful to see.

Where I live, even in non criminal type of Court sessions, ie. landscaping and building disputes, witness are sequestered.

Oh I don't think we're going to have to wait too long to witness one of TM's tantrums--I reckon we'll see her being escorted out of the courtroom *handcuffed* several times during the course of this trial.
Maybe she will behave, knowing it is to her benefit.
Maybe has taken loads of Valium etc, so will be placid and mild.
MOO.

My day light hours differ from you guys, so that is why you have all my posts, at the end of the day.

Thank you for all the tweets! Do we know when/where it will be live streamed tomorrow?

She was the mastermind. Why even bother calling witnesses. Just put her on the stand and start asking questions. I'm sure we could be done with this by the end of the day!

We can discuss: pregnancy during jail, pee test at Walmart, handcuffs, driving F150s, phone shuts offs, discussions on trip to west coast, Facebook posts, etc.

(I just love it when our mods participate like this and I am not brown nosing!)

Hi
I’ll sure try friend. I’m already in restraint mode.

Seriously though folks. I remember all of Terry Elvis’ efforts, comments, pleas and prayers for his daughter during real time. Oozing with grief, desperation, love and rage. A few brought the word wrath to mind. I felt such pain for him. He loves his daughter as do Morgan and Debbie. They need to be able to lay her to peace. If she is even recoverable. :(

I’m recalling some old conversations about if she was dumped in the water how she could have been swept out to the ocean??

I would really like to revisit Heather’s case again from a recovery location/disposal site point of view; many of us have seen a lot of cases over the last 5 years and have learned a lot.

As I’ve said before I do believe SM’s work history could play a big part awareness space wise as far as where Heather could be, jobs he worked, work equipment/locations, concrete idk...

Maybe between a comparison of the timelines presented in both SM’s trial and Tammy’s trial, we can compare these evidentiary logistical FACTS and try to dig in again timeline/mileage wise in order to brainstorm some new possible search locations?

(They had some time though, and did some traveling...sigh.)

Searching the forum now if there is a search type thread. Or what the last current threads are that are available for posting.

Maybe we can gain some insight through this trial as to whaaat she/him/they possible did with Heather?
We talked about sooo many things from bridges over county lines to the forest to the ocean to aaaalll kinds of other stuff...What did they do with her?!

I realize this is a trial discussion thread so sorry for derailing somewhat, just some thoughts going in to trial.

ETA: Well DUH of course, it’s the MAIN thought going into trial—-Where is she?!!
