I think that's called leading the witness and it's allowed on cross.

So he's legally allowed to get on my last nerve. Good to know. Ha! No seriously, thanks for this. I'm about to be a material witness in a trial, and knowing this will make me less likely to flip out on the defense attorney.

if it was an open marriage, did Sidney know it was an open marriage? He was the one sneaking around, and then TM was the one sending nasty texts to Heather .. why sneak around if you and your spouse have an agreement?? She seems like a jealous wife to me!!!!

Defense can say they were in the area for some "valid" reason BUT it's telling to me that this expert states from March- Nov TM phone never used those towers then all the sudden they did. Is that when Heather moved?

ETA: The fact TM was around the TK gives me the creeps. She was watching poor Heather who had moved on with her life. SMDH

On a different thread, Sleuthers spent months wondering IF, about the accused.
Then at the hearing, we hear of phone pings on that day. WOW.
Waiting for trial, and the Guilty verdict.
This evidence nails these creeps.
