The problem is, this attorney is not listening to any of the answers.... he is just formulating the next question in his head while the witness responds. It's like being trigger happy.

This is the third line of questioning where her lawyers have tried to gaslight the state's witness into agreeing they simply aren't seeing things or doing things correctly.

I'm past the point of giving Mr. Brown the benefit of the doubt. I really don't think he is a very bright lawyer.

He is more about quantity than quality with his cross-examination. He has no business being so smug.
