This witness just mentioned Longbeard's restaurant. Says her phone was there approx. 14 minutes. Then leaves, and later returns back to Longbeard's

The witness keeps having to correct Nancy Livesay that Heather's phone was in certain locations, not necessarily Heather herself.

I think Nancy is doing that on purpose.

The third from last location record was near a containment pond near Peachtree Landing.

I don't recall hearing about this containment pond before.

aaron edens, tracked google data that showed Heather's phone at the peacetree landing area at about 3:30 a.m. on the day she went missing. There was a ping on the phone a few minutes later at the Waccamaw Wildlife refuge, but Edens didn't believe that is an accurate reading

Edens says the last recorded information from Elvis' phone was "Somewhere in the Waccamaw Wildlife Refuge," says the data can't pinpoint exactly because there aren't many cell towers in the area.

Edens is walking the jury through the different locations her phone was at between 1:30 and 3:40 in the morning on Dec. 18. The last time her phone picked up any location data was at 3:42 somewhere around the Waccamaw River. Edens says last reading isn't that accurate.

I remember a pond being mentioned near Longbeards during SM's trial.

I love how Nancy ends with her witnesses; it's almost as if a mic should just drop at the end!

Interesting that Tammy and Sidney deleted their google accounts. I’m actually surprised the data wasn’t recoverable, and a bit shocked TM and SM had the forethought to delete them.

I am thought the courtroom would be packed.

Edens says he can't collect the same information from the Moorers' phones because their Google accounts were deleted.

Edens says, using Google information, Heather's phone traveled from her apartment, down River Oaks Drive, back and forth to Longbeards restaurant, at some point getting to Forestbrook Road, Peachtree Road and Peachtree Landing.

Odd it is that easy huh? just delete your google account. When did they delete them??

He says the last location information on her phone isn't accurate because there aren't enough cell sites in that area. The rest of the locations are accurate and he says he tested the route during a similar time of day himself to compare information with the same kind of phone.

Edens says he tried to get the same Google location information from Sidney and Tammy Moorer's phones, but was unable to because the accounts had been deleted.

Edens testifies that records show the last time data picked up Heather Elvis' phone was 3:42 Dec. 18th, 2013. The last location of Elvis' phone was somewhere in the Waccamaw River. He testifies he doesn't believe that last location is accurate. @WBTWNews13

Did the Moorers delete their Google accounts *before* 12/18?

Defense is cross examining right now. Edens says if a phone loses signal it could revert back to the last known location. None of the records show who's using the device and it doesn't show if there's another person in the vehicle if it's traveling.

Defense now cross examining Edens and asked why at 3:01 a.m. there is not an exact location for Heather Elvis' phone. Edens states that he believes the device was not able to receive GPS signal within WIFI points @WBTWNews13

Edens said he only looked at Dec. 18. If he did he would be able to tell if there was a pattern or if it was typical she traveled to these areas. Defense asking if he had, if it would've been helpful. Edens says it would've showed a "pattern of life"

Edens testifies that he can't see if a user turns their location services off, or if the batteries run out.
