FWIW, Hwy 544 is 5 lanes. That's another reason you wouldn't take it to PTL if you lived on Hwy 814, Mill Pond Rd, or Peachtree Rd.

Quandt says in the video you see a vehicle passing his office going towards Peachtree Road at 3:39 and around 3:46 a vehicle coming back. The state fast forwarded the video to 4:10 where Quandt says an emergency vehicle appears to drive by coming from Peachtree Road.
