Livesay did a masterful job of wrapping up information in Sidney's obstruction of justice trial. I have heard many closing arguments in my 10 years at Websleuths and hers is in the top 10. I am hoping she is the one that delivers the closing.

hahahha yeah Tammy. You're doomed. I don't think this jury will find not guilty or a hung jury. I WILL be surprised if the verdicts not guilty. This is damning information against her. She either has Sidney's phone and watching the texts, or has the texts sent to her phone. But she obviously didn't let Sidney use that phone, UNTIL after Heather was eliminated. VERY TELLING!

Lynch testifies that before December 18, Tammy was using Sidney's phone. After that, Sidney was using his own phone again.

You just reminded me about my daughters text going to both her old phone and her new one.. I phones both of them .

Tammy had a friend "stalking" Heather too (friend was going to go to Tilted Kilt for a drink and Tammy told her to take pics). Friend said she only walked by and Heather wasn't there. Tammy says the b**** is in hiding.

There were text message between Tammy and another person in November 2013, expert says. One exchange mentions drinking at the tilted kilt where Heather Elvis worked. The person says they just walked by and Tammy responded "I think that b**** is in hiding"
