ETA: The pervert comment relates to her sexting a minor.

Personally think she made him do it & that’s why they are protecting one another.I think TM killed Heather, but he must be in it beyond what throwing her under the bus would offer him, because why would he have protected such a psychopath all this time.
Nancy is amazing at direct examination. She is cool and unflappable, doesn't miss a beat and finishes with the mic drop. She is a pleasure to watch and listen to.Love how Nancy ends her questioning. Another mic drop.
There she goes toting her plastic tubs out of the courtroom as if someone is going to steal all her screen shots!
A mistrial because TM is a sexual predator and psychopath?
Go ride around out there at Peachtree & 814 and you will see how dark & spooky it is out there. Evil. They planned it around the full moon.

Absolutely agree!! I love watching her in court--she is tenacious and refuses to be intimidated!Nancy is amazing at direct examination. She is cool and unflappable, doesn't miss a beat and finishes with the mic drop. She is a pleasure to watch and listen to.
Do you know any other cases Nancy has tried that I might find on YouTube?Absolutely agree!! I love watching her in court--she is tenacious and refuses to be intimidated!
The prosecutor is doing much better with her English and her grammar and the pronunciation of her words. Her heart is in the right place. Hope she gets a conviction.I have officially become a huge fan of the female prosecutor.
Prosecutor: "Do the messages continue?"
Witness: "Yes"
Prosecutor: "Tell the Jury about those"
ETA And I love this judge too. He just rejected another defense objection regarding the continuance of these phone messages.

Personally prefer the male prosecutor. He is very good with the witnesses & has the “rhythm” of a seasoned attorney.
Hatfield said:That makes perfect sense. There may have been a checkpoint going into California. If they took an East/West highway that is toward the southern part of California then California probably has concerns of where the travels originate.
Thanks for this information as I have never driven to California before and did not know about these kinds of checkpoints.
