Domogauer says she went to the Elvis home. Took pictures of Heather's car and swabbed it for DNA testing. She says the Elvis family wanted to keep it there for a while because it was the last thing they had of her. HCPD eventually took it. She also went to Peachtree Landing.

Domogauer says at the landing she took pictures. Says the scene was secured and only law enforcement there. She didn't find anything other than what she'd expect to be at a boat landing. From there Domogauer says she went to Heather's apartment on River Oaks.

The tilted kilt manager who testified that, upon calling Sidney to request him to come in and service something, Tammy got onto the line and demanded he fire Heather...well, that was powerful. He also testified that she told him heather was claiming to be pregnant and Sidney would not be working at TK if heather remained an employee.

An uninterested party testifying that Heather was pregnant? And that Tammy was angry enough to force Sidney into not working there anymore? Sounds like she was full of rage and wrath, to me - and that she KNEW heather could be pregnant: makes that pregnancy test even more likely to be for HE, despite TM and SM protestations

Domogauer testifies that she checked both the car and the boat landing. Took DNA swabs of the car. Said objects around the boat landing were "typical".
