Snipped respectfully:
Tammy was always so obsessive about appearances and now all her ugly secrets are being exposed. Unfortunately she will always be proud, self-righteous and unrepentant.:(

I believe this punishment alone - the reality of her life being put on display, New York Post, no less! - is destroying Tammy. She crafted stories and wove tales about her perfect life with a careful hand, and to see it all blasted publicly must be killing her. Messy house, Medicaid fraud, husband cheating with a beautiful young lady, “betrayal” of her son’s BFF, her “boyfriend” telling everyone she was just someone he talked dirty with, and he was not the handsome rock star she claimed to be a magnet for (no offense meant).

She wants to be thought of as a band aid, a groupie, a rock stars chick. She wants to be living the high life with a wealthy husband and a beautiful, happy home, so watching this unravel is satisfying.

Guilty verdict will be even more so.

Google searches. We all know how damning those can be - (and how worrying those of fellow WSers could appear, without context). I wonder if Tammy’s will be introduced? Surely there’s some record of what she googled, right?

Because I believe anyone with a modicum of intelligence - and she’s not a total idiot, given her ability to weave long-winded lies on the web and keep them all straight, she’s gotta have a few working brain cells - well, I think she’d have googled about the trucks log system (forget the name) or cell phone pings.

Can’t recall if Sidney’s were logged into evidence in his trial, but frankly this trial seems a bit more streamlined and organized than his did. So maybe ?

Lord, if I end up the suspect in a murder I'm toast thanks to my Google search history. But obviously I hope I'd have a solid alibi lol
I guess since her computer is missing and apparently some Google history was deleted (how to posted a few threads back) so maybe they don't have that information? I'm not sure if we have the Google information for TM. Does anyone know?

The South Carolina woman on trial for allegedly abducting her husband’s lover reportedly forced her spouse to get her own name tattooed above his crotch as payback for cheating.

Jacob Melton, who was friends with one of the Moorers’ sons, testified Monday that Sidney got Tammy’s name tattooed on his lower waist when she learned about the extramarital affair.

“If you didn’t have that thing with that girl, this wouldn’t be happening,” Tammy allegedly told her husband, according to Melton’s testimony.

“Tammy barged into the conversation and proceeded to tell me how Heather was causing problems for her family, spreading rumors that she was pregnant by her husband and [said] to fire her,” Clark told the court.

As humorous and degrading as this is, it shows something even more important about TM. It shows the extreme level of revenge she will go through to get even.

This example and other examples like her going out to find a phone sex partner of her own shows that she is willing to go to great lengths to get even.

She was never satisfied until she finally got rid of HE.

With that said the only person that I know that HE also knew who liked guns was SM. He is the one with the infamous picture of his waist tattoo he was forced to get and he had a handgun in a holster on his waist while showing off his tattoo that the misses made him get. So maybe he took her out to a practice shooting range to shoot guns and carelessly dropped a bullet while in her car. Either that or someone else she knew went with her in her car.

Or maybe she herself had gotten a handgun for protection at some point and we were not made aware of that. Thats possible too.

My first thought after hearing about the bullet was that it was left for her (on her car maybe) as a threat. But then I would have expected her to tell other people about it so maybe not.

My second thought was it could have been dropped in her car during that night (assuming she didn't drive the car to PTL herself).

I'm already starting to imagine the questions that Nancy will have for Tammy, should Tammy be fool enough to take the stand.

Thats a good question as i dont recall from the prior trials whether any google search history was ever discussed.

I wonder too is that something that only resides on a persons device and maybe its not kept on the google servers. Google servers would keep a persons ID and password for like GMAIL and any email history of that person but something like searching and search history of websites I wonder if that is only kept on a persons personal device.

Google may have access to all the different IP addresses that searched things using google but it may take a different type of database pull to get all the search history coming from an individual IP address.

I am real curious if its possible to get from google servers. Because it could be likely there was searches being done with how to permanently dispose of a body or things like that. Wonder if LE pursued the search history with Google or not.

Very interesting subject.

My other thought was that the bullet dropped out of SM's pocket when he was in HE's vehicle.

Great theories. Both very plausible. Maybe if left as a threat she just didnt notice it sitting in front of the glass of a closed drivers window and when she lowered the window down it may have fell inside the car.

2nd theory is also likely and I wondered about that too if one of the M's had driven her car at some point to take the car to PTL themselves and HE was already deposited somewhere else by then. One of the Ms may have dropped it.

If LE found any matching ammo in the M's house to that same bullet type I think the only way to tell if a match is complex metalurgy tests to test the composition of the casing to see if it came from same batch. I am pretty sure there are no serieal number type markings on bullet casings that identify to a specific box of shells.

Very good theories you have there about that unfired bullet. Thanks.

From what I understand, the Moorer's deleted their Google accounts.

An expert witness of the state answered questions about Elvis' cell phone's location the night she went missing, using Google tracking data. When asked if he could do the same for the Moorers, he said he could not, because their Google accounts had been deleted.

Despite Michael, Moorer trial enters third day of testimony

I see the Judge is at the bench, just no audio yet

Looks like the judge is in fine spirits today, smiling and laughing.

As for the bullet in Heather's car. Unless it matches bullets owned by the Moorer's, I don't put much stock into it. I have a bullet and a pocket knife of my dad's in my console. Just a reminder of day we spent together.
