That young defense attorney is getting under my craw. He is so condescending to all the witnesses. His tone and how he asks them questions is very obviously condescending.

That cannot be a good approach with the jury. I personally would never take that approach if I was a defense attorney. No need to be mean and abrasive with the witnesses. He could accomplish everything he needs to accomplish using a normal tone and I think the jury would respect that much better.

But go ahead <modsnipped>. Get the jury mad at you.

ETA. He just asked the witness if he ever got any awards expecting him to say no IMO, and the witness said Yes, he has won an award and went on to explain it. LOL

I've never seen a defense team challenge every single expert like this defense. Wonder if that's their strategy or their client's?

I just giggled at the fact that Nancy was already standing there, ready to start questioning, before the Judge even denied the defense's objection to this guy being an expert.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing him freeze when he gets an answer he doesn't expect (which happens a lot). haha

The judge has qualified McGraw as an expert despite the defense's challenge. He says he's been qualified as an expert in computer forensics several times before.

As humorous and degrading as this is, it shows something even more important about TM. It shows the extreme level of revenge she will go through to get even.

This example and other examples like her going out to find a phone sex partner of her own shows that she is willing to go to great lengths to get even.

She was never satisfied until she finally got rid of HE.

McGraw is going over some specs of car entertainment systems. We're likely about to hear testimony about the Moorer's truck.

McGraw says he got a piece of computerized equipment from investigators that was taken out of the Moorer's Ford F-150. He says this piece of equipment collects GPS information.

Judge Culbertson ruled Lindsey McGraw an expert witness. He testified to getting a piece of equipment from the HCPD from an F-150 that tracks GPS navigation and if a phone is paired to the truck it can get texted messages received while in the car @WBTWNews13

McGraw says there's an SD card in the truck which tracks navigation data. If that card isn't in the slot, it won't store any information. If it is, even if an address isn't punched into the system, it will track navigational data.

McGraw took a look at the different locations the SD card says the Moorer's truck had been. He says it showed locations for November but nothing for December. The first coordinates came back on November 8 at Beach Ford.
