I know it makes no difference, but I would love to know how SM was busted. How was the affair found out?
I asked this a couple of threads ago b/c of the Oct TK co workers telling her TM found out and was on the way up there. Heather got scared and left work, was that really when she found out even though they played a "joke"?

Hello all! Long time, no chat...I've been locked out of Websleuths but am happy to be back in. Been watching trial and all I can say now is the current witness with the recovered text messages sure does give a different look to the story she had been telling, doesn't it?!
Welcome back!

Lord, if I end up the suspect in a murder I'm toast thanks to my Google search history. But obviously I hope I'd have a solid alibi lol
I guess since her computer is missing and apparently some Google history was deleted (how to posted a few threads back) so maybe they don't have that information? I'm not sure if we have the Google information for TM. Does anyone know?

IMO
I'm right there with you @lstiff as I'm sure many others are as well.

Thats a good question as i dont recall from the prior trials whether any google search history was ever discussed.

I wonder too is that something that only resides on a persons device and maybe its not kept on the google servers. Google servers would keep a persons ID and password for like GMAIL and any email history of that person but something like searching and search history of websites I wonder if that is only kept on a persons personal device.

Google may have access to all the different IP addresses that searched things using google but it may take a different type of database pull to get all the search history coming from an individual IP address.

I am real curious if its possible to get from google servers. Because it could be likely there was searches being done with how to permanently dispose of a body or things like that. Wonder if LE pursued the search history with Google or not.

Very interesting subject.
Google will track all your searches if you are logged into Google opposed to local internet data stored on your computer. Gmail is ALL trackable on Google servers.

Same goes for mobile, but you are typically signed in when you install Google App(s).

Hello Delta Dawn!! It's great to see you again! Take a seat, and BUCKLE in, the trial thus far has been a wild ride!! :D
It has been a wild ride that I hope will soon be over with the right ending. State's case is solid, I feel like the jury will see that.

3:10am - HOME
4:37am - OJ and potstickers

But... I thought they were home alllll night?!

  • #717
I wonder if Tammy replied to her potsticker/orange juice text from Sidney's phone herself (to create an alibi). I don't believe those messages were deleted (unlike the vast majority of others).
