They are going through text messages, calls and powering on events that were captured by software Tammy installed on the HP Pavillion desktop computer.

Many of the messages we've already heard about, but some were deleted and overwritten on the phone so they weren't captured by the software used by the officer who testified this morning.

At 3:02 AM on Dec 18th, Sidney's phone was powered on. Meaning it had been powered off sometime before then (but they can't say exactly when).

Just got caught up after being at work most of the day. Holy cow. I very much wish my computer had sound right now so I could see this all happening in real time.

The moon phase googling coupled with Heather's nickname just gave me a chill when I read it. It makes me sad. I feel like her spirit can't be at peace as long as she's out there, unrecovered.

I'm glad Nancy just read the most damning messages and had the witness confirm they were only found on the computer, and not the phone (not sure how Tammy got so lucky that those were overwritten on the phone).

She also pointed out that Sidney's phone sent Heather's phone a message asking 'you up?' after he supposedly sent her a message saying the relationship was over because it wasn't right.

Witness can't say who purchased the software, or who connected the phone to back it up. The software only backs up/copies the messages, call log and contacts.

The phone was connected on Nov. 13th. That was the only spreadsheet extract found on the computer.

He should just record his cross and replay it for each of these tech witnesses.
Do you know who installed this? Do you know who ran it? Can you be certain who was using a phone? How does daylight savings time work?

Rinse and repeat. Over and over.
