The next witness: Bri Warrelmann to the stand. She moved to New Jersey in the spring of 2014. She lived in Horry county from Fall 2011 to January 2014. She worked with Heather and called her a best friend and also lived with her.

Aw. Bri's demeanor just changed completely when Nancy showed her the photo of Heather driving SS's truck. :( Bless her heart.

  • #105
When was the next time you heard from her?

I haven't.

:( :( :(

Bri testifies that when she returned to the apartment after Heather went missing, Heather's favorite outfit was missing. It consisted of a black leather jacket with gray cotton sleeves, red gloves with the fingertips cut off, black yoga pants/leggings, and her favorite pair of black Vans.

"My exact words we were do not call Sidney back, don’t do anything rash and we will talk about it tomorrow."

Heather's roommate Brianna Warrelmann said she told Heather in a phone call at 1:44 a.m. the day she went missing

I would love to see TM's face right now!!

I sure wish we could see TM's face when Bri said that Heather loved Sidney.

Poor Bri. This is pretty sad.

I am leaning in so close to my laptop. Bri's testimony is riveting and heartbreaking.

Stay strong Bri!!! Cross should be interesting!

The defense better be nice to her!

I hope Bri is a bit less combative/defensive with the cross-examination this time. Girl, don't let your Jersey out! ;)

So according to Bri, Heather slept on the couch or shared Bri's bed. Someone else had the master bedroom and kept it locked. Bri just unlocked it to store Heather's things inside because there was no where else to put it.

So it makes sense that the master bathroom (which defense called "heather's bathroom") did not have the pregnancy test box.

ETA: It also explains why Heather had her things in luggage and bags. She did not have her own room/closet/dresser to store them in!

Poor HE, in the last days of her life, was living like this, and had ongoing problems with her relationship with SM, and TM.
To add to these, problems with those at work, knowing of her relationship with SM.
Now the possibility of a pregnancy.:(:(:(
She is so young, to have to cope with this.

I wish witnesses would ask Casey Brown who he is referring to when he says "she" or "that woman". Make him say Heather's name!!
