Agree. She seems like she was a really good friend of Heathers. So thankful she had a close friend like her.

I knew lots of people at that age that had various living arrangements and would move around often and change jobs often. Sleeping on couches or whatever. It all seems rather typical to me at that age.

#TammyMoorer - In Sidney Moorer's trial Bri testified that Heather told her Sidney called, said he was leaving his wife, wanted to see her, be with her. She was not asked that this time, only that Heather was hysterical/upset. I'm assuming the judge ruled the other statement out.

I had to listen to the trial this afternoon instead of being here to watch and I missed you all! I was really wishing we were all in my living room doing some day drinkin' watching Casey Brown cross-examine that witness and hearing all your comments. I had nobody to discuss it with!

I just don't understand some of the questions Casey Brown asks witnesses. Does he think he cracked the case because he got Bri to admit there were Cheez-Its and Oreos in the apartment?

Young defense attorney dude seems kind of cowed in his questioning of Bri. Like he's trying to act all cool and on the same level, but still trying to be the attorney-dude.

Bri at first said Heather had either one or two pieces of luggage. Casey Brown was ready to run with that when she backtracked and said she thinks it was just the one in the photo and some bags. LOL Poor Casey.

Hopefully. He doesn't have any experience. His bio lists CASA as experience, but that's not any kind of actual lawyer experience if he was a CASA volunteer. His strategy seems to be to drag the questioning out to make it seem like he does have important points, and ask questions with a certain tone of voice. I think I could have learned those strategies from watching movies.

Casey Brown tried to make a big deal about Heather's supposed fake ID. Bri said she's never seen Heather use a fake ID (and I believe her). She said Heather knew someone at the club they'd go to and that's how she got in.

Hope if Casey has teenagers/young adults one day, he will be a little more understanding and less judgmental. Pretty sure he was no choir boy.
