It's what defense attorneys do. Question the credibility of the witness, and i must say, this witness is definitely not an upstanding citizen.

The defense does not want the jury to believe this witness.

But he's no stranger on the street. He's a family member of TM's!

I completely understand this.. But some of this has nothing to with the case.. "Did you attend Sunday School?" What does that have to do with his criminal record? Christians/Church goers lie all the time, too.

The defense is bringing up Denamiro's pending break and entering into a car charges. The defense asked if he thought he would get a deal by telling the information about the photo to the solicitors office. Denamiro said no. @WBTWNews13

Moorer's cousin said the first time he told anyone about the picture was possibly a year later when he was in jail. He told a fellow inmate about the picture and then the cellmate told people in the jail and then talked with someone from Solicitor's office

Cousin said he saw the picture at a family BBQ when he was smoking a cigarette with Sidney Moorer. Said Sidney showed him the photo of Elvis.

Was the investigation so shoddy, that law enforcement uncovered the phone number of this flip phone? And, if Sidney had the flip phone, was it a phone that he bought and used after Tammy took his away from him?

This witness brings up points that are not fitting in with details that I've learned during this trial, and that makes me suspicious that he may not be telling the truth.

So now they're setting up audio of a conversation between him and his mom when he was in jail where he supposedly tells her he lied about the photo and was just trying to get "some help."

I think this is going to go against the state. I think perhaps they should have just not used him as a witness. His credibility will undoubtedly be in question. Hope the prosecution was not looking to rest after this witness. JMO

I also don't think it is substantial if the jury doesn't believe him. It would help if they did, but I don't think his testimony will be required for a conviction. JMO

Nancy started by asking him if he knows what Heather looks like. Then she asked if he had seen a photo of Heather at the Moorer house. He said yes, on a flip phone. She then asked if it looked like Heather could move in the photo. He said no. She asked if it looked like Heather could speak in the photo. He said no.

I wish she had asked if he saw whether Heather was wearing clothes, and if so to describe them. Black leather jacket and red fingerless gloves? (Per Bri's testimony yesterday).

I know this guy has a criminal past and drug use but I feel for him . It takes a lot of courage to get on the stand and testify knowing he was going to be attacked like that .

Yeah, he does not handle being up there very well but neither would I. It has to be nerve racking.

As far as his drug use, we also heard phone logs where TM and SM were transporting weed in their vehicle when crossing over a border (likely into California border).

If I was a witness I would try to add extra unsolicited information in my answers like that. I would probably be admonished by the judge

As to his motive, Nancy did begin the examination by asking whether he had been given anything or promised anything in exchange for his testimony (answer = no).

Is Tammy's side of the family a bunch of grifters or is she just a lone bad apple? If this photo of HE is real, it shows that this was a premeditated murder. Cold blooded murder. She didn't lose her temper over an affair--she had her cheating husband murder a girl and take a photo "because she wanted it" to gloat over. She is a monster.

If i were testifying against Tammy I would look very similair to this guy in sure. And I don't use any drugs. I believe his story. Im so incredibly sad for HEs family.

And, he's been known to do drugs. That can, though not always, really make people behave in ways that don't make any sense. Family, or not.
