Jessica Adams with SLED takes the stand next. She says she was asked in March of 2014 to run any information on Heather Elvis. She says even as recently as Monday she's checked on this and no new information has been updated.

Does anyone know....are there two different charges at play here? Actually kidnapping and conspiracy to commit kidnapping? Could she be convicted of conspiracy but not actually kidnapping?

Where is the proof that she went missing before? If they think the note from July on the phone records indicates that (no police report??) ... that's crazy, she was active on Social Media all thru August .. that doesn't appear "missing" to me ...
