I think so too, and it bombed in my opinion. Looking at it objective, I would not believe his testimony. I wish they would have talked about more details in the photo to give it more credibility such as what in the picture identified to him that it was taken in the Moorer's home and expanded on that...

Overall, I feel like it was a very lack-luster finish. Wondering how many, if any witnesses the defense has and if we might see a verdict today.

I doubt we'll see a verdict today. If the defense has no witnesses, I think closing arguments will wait until the morning.

This audio blackout is bs in my opinion. We aren't the jury and there is no reason that the public shouldn't be allowed to hear the discussion when the jury is out of the room.

If that happens, do you think the State will proceed with trying Sidney? I feel there is more damning circumstantial evidence against Tammy, so if that wasn't enough for a jury....
