Texas A&M Placed On Lockdown - Report Of Possible Gunman

Part of Texas A&M was (IS) placed on lockdown Thursday afternoon after a report of a possible gunman.
Officials said a bus driver thought he spotted someone with a weapon near Rudder Tower at about 4 p.m.

Students and faculty in the Rudder complex were asked to shelter-in-place until further notice. A code maroon alert was sent out as a precaution.

Here's an brief description of the armed individual, according to scanner reports:
-white male
-wearing olive or green shirt and shorts
-wearing back pack
-carrying an AK-47

I got an email alert from Dallas Morning News

Thursday when he reported seeing an individual carrying a weapon, possibly a rifle, near the student union.

A friend of mine has a daughter that goes to A&M. She said her daughter told her that word on A&M's campus is there could be two gunman..one was seen near the Rudder Tower and another was seen on "west campus". Not sure what that means. No one is sure yet if there's two separate gunman, if the second report is a hoax, or if it's the same gunman in both reports.
