A gunman in Baltimore has been caught, by a string of coincidences and a police chief on his way to a peace rally.
After reports of a shooting, a responding police car crashed on the way towards the scene. However, Baltimore Police Commissioner Anthony Batts and other officers were on the way to a peace walk when they saw the gunman chasing and shooting at another man.
They were able to make him drop the gun, and then help the victim being chased, who had been shot. He is in stable condition. No names appear to have been released yet.
