JMO,but when family is involved in the disappearance of a child ,they have a big head start and can do a better job of hiding the body. That's one reason why so many aren't found.

I don't post much here but check this forum everyday. My heart sinks with each passing visit. I am stymied by the lack of transparency on the part of all arms of LE. Shouldn't their computer analyses be completed at this point? Did they decide they didn't find enough evidence to charge anyone or is the delay because so many people are suspiciously involved?

I cannot fathom a mother leaving the house her missing child last knew as home. It seems heartless to me. Unless that mother felt her child wouldn't be trying to come back to her safe place.

In any case, I'll be back again tomorrow to silently check for any news.

I'm praying for you, Hailey Dunn.

:( I can't find an app that will let mee side by side 2 photos. I'm sure it could be done easily enough with a proper computer, but great as they are, iPads are pretty limited. I need to make the trip (**SIGH**) to my mother-in-law's home where my device is synced and update the thing anyway so if someone else hasn't done it by then I will work on this.
Btw- I'm SO happy to see so mamy people who have a stake in Hailey's case. I've gotten so discouraged recently feeling like there was a lack of interest in sweet Hailey outside CCity/ TX in general and the main search groups. I wish I could hug every single one of you for continuing to sleuth Hailey's case and refuse to forget her. My husband leaves a light on for her every night. She's very special to us and I can see she has a place in the hearts of many. <3 thank you so much. Thank for "keeping Hailey on the radar" :)

I got a proper app for side by sides...kind of...they are one atop the other :) the problem is I can't upload the images from this stupid, magical device which will someday end up lodged in a wall. The last time I tried a photo bucket account things went to hell in a hand basket but I suppose I could try it again. I'll be working on that for the next infity :)

This is the picture that was taken at christmas ,the 2 photos do look like they were taken awhile apart. Thank you for doing the side by side.

Just thinking over the new photo and when it could have ben taken as I have never seen images of Hailey where she looks just like that and we know the christmas photo was taken at christmas right? Anyone know when they said days before she went missing ,what day they mean because now there are two different pictures (unless one was edited) of Hailey taken days before she went missing.Mainly her hair being pulled like that ,she seems to part it on the side.

Grrr! Of all the side by sides I did the one I REALLY wanted everyone to see isn't there! I will have to redo it and replace it at p-bucket. The photo I wanted y'all to see next to this 'new' one, Hailey has her hair done. If you feel like it, scroll through the album and look at the value flier. The pic I'm talking about is inn the blue flier to the left. In the newly released photo Hailey looks like she not only just got her hair done, but look at her eye browns. They look freshly waxed. Maybe she was prepping for an event and it could be traced? I thought I saw that the new pic was taken a week before she went missing, but I don't have the link to back it up.
That new photo looks like she took it herself. That's the story I believe. Simply because I've taken plenty of cellphone and simple camera pics of myself just to make sure I didn't overdo my makeup and look like a drag queen. I'm too sleepy to redo the pic now, but after I get some sleep I will add it and link directly to it. Sorry y'all had to wade through the other pics, but at least they are all Hailey related! Heh....hope anyone who viewed noticed my husband sitting in a child seat in the backseat if a truck. Child seat. How fitting. :) BTW- the app I used is great and offers many layouts. It is for iPad and called Diptic. I think it was free, if not it wasn't more than .99.
But the newer photo and the other Prettied Up pic look a lot a like. The other photo w her hair did was taken at school by a friend. Maybe she had gotten her hair cut the night before? But Hailey's face looks a little thinner.

This is yet another case where the main people involved don't talk , fail LDT's and walk away with most likely murder !
You cannot make someone be a good mother but I want to shake BD til she turns blue !

I haven't ever posted here but keep up with the Hailey Dunn case because it happened in a nearby area where I live. This was in the "Odessa American" today very in depth article which includes a timeline. Thought I would share....

You know when I first read this article that same sentence caught my eye, very scary. I wasn't aware that it took them 3 days to be concerned about a child being missing.

I beg to differ. LE (with good reason) named SA the only suspect in HD's disappearance. IMO, pretending that SA is irrelevant is not going to help find Hailey, nor will it help to discover who is responsible for her sudden disappearance. IMO, pretending that BD has not continued to defend the only named suspect is not going to help solve Hailey's disappearance.

Ignore and/or forget everything that has come to light since December 27, 2010???? Nope, not gonna do it. I hope that LE will not ignore and/or forget, either.

IMO, it matters what LE thinks about BD & SA, despite the smoke & mirrors game of 'look over here' or 'look over there' that's being played.

Human Bones Found Near Colorado City?

COLORADO CITY, TEXAS &#8212; A live press conference after the Aug. 27 Hailey Dunn prayer vigil confirmed that bones &#8212; including a human tooth &#8212; were found by searchers in an unidentified area outside** of Mitchell County six months ago, but law enforcement officials with the Colorado City PD, Mitchell County Sheriff&#8217;s Office and Texas Rangers have not followed up on the find. After a follow-up search by the official search team in Colorado City, the tooth was gone but the remaining bones were still present

The only reason SA is a POI is that he quit his job that day. LE have been fixated on him and have very likely not investigated other possibilities adequately as a result. In spite of over half a year they have not got any further in following up on SA, and there is a good chance that he is not involved. But they will never say that. It is like Jaycee Dugards stepdad, they discounted him as a suspect in the first 90 days. but they never told him or anyone else that, and he had to live under a cloud of suspicion for the next 18 years.

After all this time it means that that if someone else was involved, the lack of investigation of other possibilities has allmost certainly meant that they have gotten away with homicide/abduction.

I truly doubt that searchers would make up stories either. Did LE follow up or didn't they?

Another key statement was about sex offenders. Billie claims LE has not stepped foot inside any SO home.

Even if you throw out half the statements made, there are serious questions that remain.
Who is even in charge of this investigation? A city manager? Texas Rangers? CCPD? MCSO? Who??

They lost my confidence when they claimed a thousand kid-🤬🤬🤬🤬 & animal 🤬🤬🤬🤬 pics were found and did not throw the whole household in jail to sort out who downloaded that crap.

No charges??? Nope. No charges. So, was there kid 🤬🤬🤬🤬? Or was that a BS story?

I wouldn't be buying it if only Billie stood there, but Carrie McGonigle was doing the most talking. Is she mistaken.... taken in by false stories?

Someone in CCity needs to damn well take charge and set people's minds at ease that they want to find Hailey Dunn.
