corrupt to the boneDevastating! She was absolutely, perfectly on point with everything. Excellent lawyer.
Lovely with clearly a great personality too! Interacted great with Alessandro Pietta.

I would say it maybe wasn't but the tech lied that the bullets didn't look the same when some did, they knew the bullets existed and whether you think purposely or not, did not give this information to the defenseI don't understand why this evidence was material to his defense. I guess I wasn't watching closely enough.
Unbelievable!Dismissed with prejudice. Wow.
I don’t really think it makes a difference in the totality, but they violated Brady. So it’s a done deal, is my take. Crazy!I don't understand why this evidence was material to his defense. I guess I wasn't watching closely enough.
The entire issue of how the live rounds got there is immaterial, though. It was Baldwin's acts and omissions which were on trial. Not anything else.I would say it maybe wasn't but the tech lied that the bullets didn't look the same when some did, they knew the bullets existed and whether you think purposely or not, did not give this information to the defense
I'd say it is possible she could get her conviction vacated. We will see.I do feel vindicated now for the dubious feelings I had about both Poppell and Hancock during the HGR trial in March!
What are the implications for HGR and her appeal?
I think Morrissey said she left because she had another job obligation. But regardless, that is real blow to lose your co-pilot in the middle of a trial.
