Surely, if it's his company and he was control of it then he can initiate legal proceedings on its behalf?

Any person can represent themselves in court. But a registered business (a corporation or limited liability company) is an actual other entity. You have to be an attorney to represent them. (there are often exceptions in small claims type matters). I can't for sure say what N.M. statutes say, but I'd be surprised if he can pursue this type of case on behalf of the company without legal representation.

I will have to look for it but I did see a piece that said it was Alex and Halynas husband.

As far as credits I don’t know the details. At one time he was going to be involved with it but I haven’t kept up with it.

Thank you. I can't see where to look at the Complaint. But, it does show that there are 35+ defendants, suing everyone possibly associated. BUT only 4 summons requested/issued so far and those are just AB, Rust, Mitchell and Halls. Very weird.
