Or maybe they will get him to tell them what he did on the night Haleigh went missing! Strange he was never questioned until the incident at GGM home and that "horrid" rat incident that scared him so much

Well he's not too scared to commit a crime that would result in a felony. I really hope LE gets some answers. I doubt he will make bail so he will be sitting there for a long long time...cancel the moving vans.

What makes you think he's protecting RC and why do you think he would do that? He had no hesitation calling LE after the trespassing incident so I find it very hard to believe he is protecting him.

I agree that he probably wouldn't risk his hide for RC alone. If he protected his sister and/or himself, protecting RC might come as a bonus though. Depends on what happened... But it seems like MC and HC aren't that friendly now and I don't think there's any love lost between HC and RC these days so if Hank knows anything it's a good time to try to apply some pressure.

I think that Hank may have a healthy fear for his life after the message Rc sent him. I know it would give me pause......hopefully LE will be able to get everything out of him he knows. I doubt he is going anywhere for a while.

The alleged rat incident was quite recent. Why do you think he was protecting RC before that day? He sure didn't seem frightened of RC the night he went onto his property uninvited. If I was scared of someone and thought they had a firearm, there is no way I'd trespass on their property.

You do not know that he was uninvited. You only have the word of people proven to lie. I do not have all the answers Miss bunny. I pray that Hank tells all he knows. I do know that it is not logical or rational to assume that Rc would lie to protect Hank and Misty with no culpability of his own.

The message I referred to was his felonious assault on Hank's person. In street terms a beat down. Very effective communication that. The rat...gravy on the situation. RC is serious.

No hesitation in reporting the rat incident. Yep, for me the pieces are starting to come together. Restaining order, not contested, he and parents planning to leave and go to MA, he's got some explaining to do in my eyes. With this bail being so high, could be because he was known to plan on leaving. Could be set higher for others reasons we aren't aware of. I would like to know when the offense occurred, that would tell me if my working theory is on track.

If so, with the prior incidents, it goes to show they weren't on friendly terms any longer. What more proof do you need than two incidents where LE is called in to understand this was a volitile situation? So for the croslins to show up with Hank in the car is confrontational and threatening on their behalves. They had no business going there under the circumstances when put in perspective is the big picture. Tensions and frictions were there, they showed they had no respect for the Cummings.

I am wondering if it has to do with the truck he sold. If LE took it from the gentleman he sold it to, and it was still in Lisa's name, could the guy press charges for the money he paid for it? ($500) Or would that be a civil case?

Thank you for that information. When I mention gun incident, in the beginning it's been mentioned that there's claims Hank the brother stole Ron's gun, that a gun was found in a ditch?
