That's right. They set his bail that high so he couldn't get out of jail. I wonder if he has an attorney yet? I thought he had to be arraigned within 48 hours and Art said he went to court on Wed. morning yet there are no records online yet.

I saw 72 hours...somewhere... I'm guessing it was right, since there's been nothing yet.

Didn't we read that he went before a Judge already and his bond was not lowered? If true, does the Judge know something? Does the States Attorney have to state publicly their reason for wanting a higher bond? Or can he tell the Court in chambers "we need to keep him in a while because..."

It's gonna be a looooong weekend for us if nothing happens tomorrow.

Police said they interviewed three other people currently in the Putnam County jail about Haleigh's disappearance.




Police said they will have three more people come to the jail for questioning on Friday.

I think they will justify the high bond by saying TC is a flight risk. It's been all over the news that he and his wife were going to move out of Florida.
