LE has not said Misty was not home, LE said nobody has come forward to say she wasn't, they are following tips that said she wasn't, I haven't seen them confirm that.

It smells wrong, sounds like Tommy is making up a reason for being there, and he may well have been, we don't know if Misty and the children were there. Or if Tommy went inside, and what could have happened.

If Ron was worried enough to send Tommy over to check on Misty, if Tommy didn't call him back, why did Ron work extra and then go to the store past his house instead of immediately home?

Perhaps Tommy said she was there and asleep. We don't know. And she may have been.

Art Harris is well respected. It wouldn't surprise me if he's seen them. HLN looks into their sources big time and so I don't see them having Art on the show if he wasn't reliable.

If you follow Art's site regularly, you will see he isn't imo. His stories change very quickly once he gets the actual real story, I have seen it in countless articles on this case.

LE has been asking for anyone who saw Misty the night of Haleigh's disappearance to come forward. That is strong implication that they think Misty was somewhere other than in the MH.

Only Misty isn't 'fessing up to where she was...why not?

Coming home and finding Haleigh gone, but presumably alive somewhere to be saved, should have been enough motivation for Misty to say where she was and with whom.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office says misty is their person of interest right now adding that her only consistency is her inconsistency.

I havent see any statements from LE saying Misty was not home - just a request for any information about Mistys activities that night

I havent seen results of poly to even know if they asked the question was Misty home that night

I havent seen Tim Miller make a statement, confirmed by an attorney that Misty was not home.

Cobra, I will just leave that one alone lol.

The only thing I have seen is Tommy's statement saying he went there at 10 pm and no one answered the door. IMO Tommy's statement is hinky for several reasons.

But we have more than Tommy's statement.
We have LE's statements.
We have polys.
We have Tim Miller's statement, confirmed by a respected atty...
Heck, Cobra told us this months ago.

One can poke doubt at those things individually, as they come along, but there comes a point where it's perverse to deny.... It's like saying fur doesn't prove it's a rabbit, long ears don't mean it's a rabbit, eating carrots doesn't mean it's a rabbit, hopping doesn't mean it's a rabbit...
...all while ignoring that we have a furry, hoppy, long-eared carrot-eater...

If Misty was with someone else, that person could be an alibi. That person could be an accomplice. Getting the truth from Misty would narrow the options.

Could of been a simple if there isnt a problem you don't need to call me back, or Tommy could of called RC and said Misty was home she just has phone turned off. We just don't know - and to take the statement of someone sitting in jail who could very well be covering his own behind as fact and state that RC knew all along Misty was not home is just too far reaching for me. Until we see phone records we are not going to know IMO
