Hank Croslin Jr Talks

I have wondered if they reason they are questioning Lindsy regarding the 4 hours up until the 911 call was made, is because Tommy was not home at some point during those four hours. Do they have cell phone pings or records of calls from Tommy during those four hours, and are questioning Lindsy to see if she can place Tommy's whereabouts during those times?
If someone saw him in the red truck during those hours...he had to explain why. I agree they were grilling her about those four hours in an attempt to find out Tommy's whereabouts. (Btw~ Misty stated there were no lights on or anything else when she went to sleep.) I won't be surprised to hear that Tommy told them he went "looking for Misty" after the mh visit next.

I was thinking about that too SS, Misty did say all the lights were out when she went to sleep too

OMGosh...what I wish to know now is if Tommy was given a poly. Does anyone know if a "voice analysis" was ever done on some of the statements Tommy has made? I'd be curious to see what came up. What about "backwards state" or whatever it's called. I'm going to scope it out...curiosity got the best of me...

Which is the norm for most people. That will get twisted too, as she is being sketchy with her details. Hank has to do some more talking for sure.

Good sleuthing, please post when you learn something. I'd like to get a perspective on it, just for information purposes.

I still wonder at how Tommy would know their night time routine after they go to bed. Has he watched the home before?

All I know is, if MC is so loving, concerned and devoted toward children and these allegations were remotely true, there is no way in #ell someone who'd suffered abuse at their hands would allow them within a country MILE of the children she claims to protect and adore. Can't have it both ways. JMO

Well, logically speaking that would be true. Unfortunately, my former neighbor's father recently got out of prison for molesting her (and others.) She's a great mom but "forgave" him and he visits their family (which ticks me off to no end.) sorry, o/t.

We'll only know for sure if HCJr. admits to it. Not sure I believe much of what he says. But I bet there's truth in there somewhere (i.e. placed himself at the mh) and I have a feeling he'll be talking more if he is involved and anyone else knows and/or is involved in that sweet girl's disappearance. :furious:

They used to hang out together. Maybe they used to talk?

Anyway, I know that their night time routine was to have the TV on because TN or somebody said so on one of the news shows and it's been discussed on WS many times. Possibly Tommy watched the same show?

"I don't know why I woke up. I just woke up out of a deep sleep. I just woke up," said Misty. The expert, T.J. Ward, asked, "What did you notice?" Misty replied, "The kitchen light was on. All the lights were shut off when I went to bed. That kitchen light I knew was off when I went to sleep. The kitchen light was just glaring in my bedroom. So, I got up and went to the kitchen and that's when I noticed the back door was wide open."

"He told us he banged on the door," said Maj. Gary Bowling of the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. "He said it was dark and no lights were on."

I must be on a lot of peoples ignore lists.......I just posted a video of Dick Schauland stating the house was being held as a crime scene.

Also while I was going back to look for that video in the proper thread I saw a thread on the bus stop and it was closed by a moderator. When I inquired why it was closed it was stated that it was closed for discussion. However here....http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=80284&page=3 there is a video posted that has an interview posted that TN says her son picked up Haleigh from the bus stop.

Elle: you are not on my ignore list.. I watched Misty's hypnosis video last night, and on that video she says Ron picked up Haleigh from the bus stop and that she stayed home with Junior cause he was asleep. So, is that correct that Ron picked up Haleigh then?

I posted this late nite in the PL, but what if Tommy is simply backing up Misty's story of being asleep? Maybe it's true, maybe it's not. If she already underwent hypnosis and named Tommy, then that could fit right in with his story of knocking on the door. All she has to do is say she was asleep, heard Tommy somehow, and whatever it was about 3 others. That could place the others as being the intruders. Did Misty ever name the 3 others?

He had not been given a LDT at the time he and his wife were brought in for questioning prior to Timmy and his wife being questioned according to Hank Sr.. It was not clear if he took one at that time. There has been no mention of any tests since he was arrested.

thats exactly what I think is his angle , but TN is going with it.........jmooc

what if Misty nervously made the bed after the cops were called because she was completely FREAKED OUT. It seems like soomething I would do, start straightening or cleaning ...

He has now placed himself at the scene. There is no reason to think Misty is lying...I think she was there and he snuck inside and took the baby. She has no reason to lie, he thought perhaps no one was there when he broke in. Maybe he thought he would steal the television and was suprised to see them all asleep with the house in blackness.

Maybe Haleigh got up and he walked right out the door with her. He may have put that brick there so he could carry out the tv.

he's trying to make it look as though Misty was gone....but I think police know he only thought Misty was gone when he went in that house.

Actually that's incorrect, LE said RC picked her up.

Art Harris said Santos ( who had a run in with Ron) and his girlfriend and an anonymous person said Misty picked her up, but that there are other witnesses that said Ron picked her up, he just hasn't spoken to them iirc.

TJ Hart just said the other day that LE said Ron picked her up.

(bbm) Got a link handy flossie? To direct statement by LE? TIA :)

Tommy does not appear to be "backing up" Misty's story she was asleep as much as it sounds like he is trying to indicate she was not home. I do not believe he would do anything to help Misty in any way. He is trying to cover his own @ss, imo.

Since we can now surmise that he is a thief by his own mother's account...it is very possible he thought she was not home, he knew Ronald was working late, and he decided to rob them! Taking the cement block to hold open the door so he could carry out the tv and other things makes perfect sense. It could also explain why he would flip on the kitchen light before he noticed they were actually home. He may have opened the backdoor and put the cement block there after turning on the light. When he finally realized they were there perhaps his plan changed into taking Haleigh instead when she woke up (did him turning on the light wake her up?) and saw him.

:woohoo:corroborates Mistys statement now doesn't it. Sooo, we have an eyewitness' statement to the effect the lights were out, no sounds, everything quiet and dark. Just like Misty sketched it out from the beginning. Thank you Hank, for getting caught telling the truth.

Now, Hank, what happened next? I want to stress in no way do I think Hank is trying to support or cover for Misty. He was just telling the truth at that point when he arrived. Now that's going to cause him another problem, that he didn't think about when he decided to give u p this much infomation. Liars can't think it all through, or know how it will come out thoroughly til it's out there.

You may be right, he may have watched that show and got an idea from it imo
