Isn't this the charge that got his bond revoked though? What happens to the bond revocation if the charges are dismissed? Would he be able to bond out then?

2010-01-22 29 MOTION TO REVOKE BOND
2010-01-22 30 ORDER ON STATE'S MOTION TO REVOKE
2010-01-26 31 ORDER REVOKING BOND - DEFENDANT REMANDED TO CUSTODY
2010-02-03 32 MOTION TO TRANSFER TO DIV 52
2010-02-03 33 ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO TRANSFER TO DIV 52

2010-02-03 33 PRE-TRIAL TO BE RESET
2010-02-22 34 NOTICE TO DEFENDANT (03-31-2010) IN JAIL
2010-02-22 35 NOTICE TO ATTORNEY (03-31-2010)
2010-03-31 36 PRE TRIAL MINUTES: DEFT PRES, ATT BY JAMES WERTER
2010-03-31 36 ON MOTION OF DEFENSE COUNSEL, COURT ORDERED CASE
2010-03-31 36 CONTINUED TO 05/13/2010

I would assume yes, he would be able to. Problems are, charges have not been dismissed yet and he goes to court on the drug charges before this hearing. So, if he is charged on the drug charges on June 3rd I think, then it won't matter since he will be sent to prison and he won't be able to bond out then. JMO though, I am NO legal expert sorry.

I was just reading over a NG transcript in another thread and I saw something that just ruffled my feathers. Tommy is clearly no stranger to crime he tells his brother Timmy in a jail call that the only reason he is in jail on these theft charges is because of all this "Haleigh stuff" and this

snip~TIMMY MISTY CROSLIN: I know, but look, do you think any of this (EXPLETIVE DELETED) would have happened to you if this (EXPLETIVE DELETED) wasn`t going on in our lives about Haleigh?

TOMMY MISTY CROSLIN: No. Hell no. How long did I do stuff before that and nothing happened?

TIMMY MISTY CROSLIN: I know. That`s what I`m saying so. I just think they`re just out to get us. That`s what I mean. You know what I mean? ~ end snip

He sounds real remorseful of his criminal history. JMO

Elle, I took it to mean how long he was involved with drugs, and nothing ever happened. As far as the attorney asking that the B&E charges be dropped, I think it's just what I thought all along.........too many people in and out of that house to just assume Tommy did it. I'm not saying he didn't do it, just that Misy is the one that found the stolen items. Either Lindsy was turning a blind eye, or Misty and/or someone else planted them there. Lindsy asked LE to do a search of her home because LE told her a stolen gun was involved. She did not want a gun around her children. After LE left, Lindsy did another search and found more items she didn't recognize as belonging to her. She called LE back to retrieve the items. This sounds like full cooperation on her part. I find it strange that Ron decides to divorce Misty, and instead of moving in with her parents, she goes to live with Tommy. In order for this to happen, she has to drop the restraining order against Tommy. Misty then spots items in Tommy's house that she reports to LE as possibly being stolen. How did Misty know there was a B&E? One of the victims was out of town, and had never reported anything. I don't know about the other victim, but I doubt there was anything in the papers about it. Too small time, to make the papers. I doubt Misty reads the paper anyway! In my opinion this was a set up by Ron and Misty to get back at Tommy for reporting him in Ratgate! I don't know how long Misty lived with them after Tommy was charged with B&E, but I'd be willing to bet it wasn't long. I think Werter has a good case for reasonable doubt. Misty was caught lying for Ron about Ratgate, and it's not a big jump to assume this was pay back.

Was Tommy's drug charge in St John's county? So when he's transferred to Putnam jail, it's for the charges they have on him there; i.e., the burglary charge?

Or were all his charges in Putnam, but for some strange reason he's being held in St John's?

Just wanted to add this. I don't think Tommy's fingerprints were found on the items in his house, or there would be no call to dismiss the charges. I can see the perp using gloves to rob a house, but not using gloves to place the items in his own home. I remember LP asking Lindsy if Tommy had a scar on one of his fingers, and she said no. I'm thinking they did pick up a print, but who did it belong to and where was it located?

sponges and cleaning supplies doesn't reek of male thieving. I am curious as to the reason misty decided to tell LE about this. Maybe she wanted her family real close to her while she is locked up. I wonder how she will do when tommy is gone. Maybe jail seems less traumatic when your family and friends are locked up also.

I think Misty persisted in revealing information about Tommy's crimes to Law Enforcement because she knew all along that Tommy was involved with what happened to Haleigh and if she( Misty) kept turning him in for stuff then maybe LE would eventually get the truth out of him and she wouldn't have to tell the ugly details and implicate herself thus losing the one thing in the world she truly loves/loved.....Ronald Cummings

Tommy's charges are all in Putnam, St. Johns is housing him for PC-I believe because they do not want him housed with Ron.

Yep, I recall that as well. I thought of Ronald ASAP and wondered what if he did hit Haleigh to hard that night for some reason? I have seen pictures of his hands all cut up before Haleigh went missing. I always wonder if Ronald got into a lot of fights or if he liked punching things when he got angry. The picture that is shown of his hand after Haleigh went missing is minor to one I saw a while that was before she went missing, because he was holding Haleigh in the picture. Looked as if she was 3 1/2 or 4 yrs old in the picture.

Misty reported the crime on the day she was arrested for the drug charges while being questioned about an unrelated incident (the drugs? Haleigh?). Typical Misty. Distract, divert, and deflect. Kinda reminds me of "The Three Billy Goats Gruff".
