She was last seen wearing a silver sequined crop top with black mesh cut outs, black pants, white shoes, and was carrying an iPhone 5S in a pink case.Jesse Matthew was arrested in Galveston, Texas on September 24 and charged with abduction with intent to defile Graham. Despite the arrest, Hannah is still missing.
