I'm sorry but I'm throwing the bullpucky flag here.
Totally personal and I won't expand on it but my family are the kind of people that pull the strings of people like Hunter. It is reality.
Ah. That explains your hat. :drumroll:

The day the news broke that Karr was arrested, a friend of mine who is a Ramsey supported called me and said, "Well, you were wrong, they arrested the intruder!" Well, when Karr was released with no charges, that person admitted that it was she who was wrong. She is now a RDI. She finally realized what Hunter and Lacy did wrong.
OH, Lacy is much scarier. I've met the woman in person. EVIL comes to mind...

As far as LE and an active investigation go, yes, the case has fizzled. Like about a decade and a half ago.
The recent unsealing of documents proving that the GJ handed down a true bill against John and Patsy Ramsey and Alex Hunter refused to proceed with it killed any forgoing justice.
Patsy Ramsey died. Again, a key suspect and my personal choice for perp. gone.
The Paugh grandparents, source of MANY leaks, are long dead.
John Ramsey is in the category of elderly and can plausibly deny remembering anything about JonBenet now if he wishes.
Burke, John Andrew and Melinda seem to be shadows now.
YES, this case fizzled. It is my opinion that it can never be solved to a legal standard.
That does not keep those of us who were there in spirit on Dec. 26 from remembering JonBenet and grieving for the injustices done to her by people who were supposed to love her by blood, and those who were supposed to protect her by law. Or those who were supposed to render justice and did nothing at all.
Well said, Jana.
A sad truth about the murder of this child is it unleashed such negative energy, ripping the mask off of so many hidden faces, we're still unraveling the truth. We're a deeply flawed species.
Like the Leo Frank gang-murder in none other than Marietta, Ga.--ironically, where both JonBenet and Patsy now reside, it may take 80 years before someone tells the truth on his/her deathbed, but it will happen.
Most of us won't be here to see it, of course...but we have a pretty good idea, anyway.
So the "case" has more than fizzled--it's entered the annals of true crime history right behind Jack the Ripper and Lizzie Borden. Some will always believe the Ramseys innocent; some will always believe they are guilty.
It's all a parlor game at this point.
At least, until that deathbed revelation....
Mmmmmmmmm....... I think John Mark Karr, or should I say Alexis Reich, has been cleared. (Odd, isn't it, that the only one cleared is the only one who ever admitted to "being there when she died.")
OTG, it wasn't just JMK who admitted to being there! Found something, JR kind of sort of admits he may have been there. (Maybe most here have seen this, but thought there might be some who hadn't remembered or seen it.)
As one can tell from TOSOS, JR has reached a point in life where to him and I quote The case is dead. Finally, put everything behind him and he can lead a life of sanctity.
But I cant help but remember a couple of other things he said:
Larry King Live Interview with LK, PR, JR and ST -
J. R.: ... our child wet her bed and we slaughtered her. That is so preposterous.
THOMAS: You weren't there, John. You can't tell.
J. R.: I was there. I know Patsy.
THOMAS: You were...
Course we know hed taken propofol, ..er melatonin. So was out like a light.
And, another interview to be recalled between MK and JR
2 MK: The autopsy report, have you
3 seen it?
4 JR: No.
5 MK: You haven't seen it?
6 JR: No, I have not. I can't look at
7 that.
8 MK: Okay. Have you discussed in general
9 what's in there, in general?
10 JR: Very little. It's hard to discuss
11 with her accidentally (INAUDIBLE).
12 MK: What would that be?
Accidentally what. . .?
Ever wonder what was in his mind which he squelched? I guess fill in the blanks according to ones favorite theory:
A) .with her accidentally dying when the intruder was abusing her
B) ...with her accidentally screaming in pain as she was abused before someone struck her (btw, with enough force to fell a 300 lb man, according to JR)
C) with her accidentally hitting her head, when someone flung her against the tub.
D) with her accidentally strangling herself

:banghead:this is why I always say those interviews were crucial and LE shouldn't have agreed to that format,at least one of the R's would have cracked if pushed and asked the right questions...hey,at least Kane tried,he was good!
it's not the only slip...I found one where JR admits he was in the basement 3 times!I posted it but I don't know where now,I think it was his depo but I am not sure now....
Unfortunately LE had little choice but to agree with the format.
Even a deathbed confession may not resolve the matter, depending on who makes it and what is "confessed". If, for example, JR were to claim he acted alone, BDI theorists would claim he's covering for BR- yet again. Others might claim he's protecting the reputation of PR.
OTOH, if JR claims PR did it, some may simply say he's blaming her when she's not able to defend herself.
If BR should make a deathbed confession that would be a little harder to argue with. Very few of us will be around for that.
The case has reached the point where there will always be someone claiming it's the 3rd gunman from behind the grassy knoll. Personally I think it was Prince Albert Victor.
What I see is not someone who came for a kidnapping, and then turned it into a sexual assault. I think if it was a messy perp, they'd have left something at the scene; fibers, dna, hairs. All the R's fibers seem to be floating everywhere, and not one from someone other then them is found?
Once again, this is all moo.
:moo:
Thought of something else. JB's prior sexual abuse must just be a coincidence if an intruder killed and sexually assaulted her. :moo:

I think it is more likely that someone that wanted to take her, Would have nefarious motives and that the Ransom note was just a way to confuse police and give him more time with her. I think that he wanted her and hated her father and it was the best way to get what he wanted.
Yes, There are alot of fibers that do not belong to any of the R's there. way more than the few that have been sourced to the people that live in that house. That is more evidence to put on the unknown Perp column.

I would like a link stating there are a lot of unsourced fibers that didn't belong to a Ramsey
I will get it for you. I have to go through my files. but I also found this when searching..
"Police also found a baseball bat not owned by the Ramseys on the north side of the house with fiber on it consistent with fibers found in the carpet in the basement where JonBenet's body was found."
