Have the Anthony's even bothered to make up a new story?

The A GP's will likely be asked about more at trial than just the things they have observed or have firsthand knowlege of. The will be asked about everything Casey has told them about what happened to Caylee, to the extent those things are admissions against interest by the defendant, Casey. If they tell the truth (and they can be reminded by their previous recorded statements and interviews to LE and on television) they should have to tell some contradictory and changing stories. It won't help Casey's credibility, if you can use that word in relation to Casey. Dropped off At Z apartment, only to be gone when Casey arrived after "work" to pick her up. Snatched by the toddler gang in the park. We know who has her and they are under surveillance.

I think the A's are now focusing on planting reasonable doubt. Like Cindy saying stuff like someone put a dead body in the trunk AFTER it was towed.

That is my favorite of all. Visualizing someone, climbing over an 8ft fence with barbed wire above it carrying a dead body. Putting that dead body in the car trunk, then later coming back and stealing the same body, climbing back over that 8ft fence with barbed wire and running off with the body.

Since none of us here really knows for a fact what happened to Caylee or when it happened..we really dont know who was present.
Having said that I personally dont believe Cindy and George were involved with whatever took place, but thats just my personal opinion. We have no idea who was "there".
just sayin

Personally, I think that 'lady-bug' idea has possibilites. Lady-bugs don't have cell phones, so no there wouldn't be any calls to them anyway. And they almost certainly could have lived at the Sawgrass without a lease...or an apartment, for that matter. They might even 'work' at Universal. And how would anyone know their names? Any one could be Zanny. Zanny could even be a group of ladybugs. No figerprints. A horde of lb's carrying a little girl might raise a few eyebrows, but still.... Could work. Probably WOULD work better than what KC's come up with so far.

Would be nice of them to do a presser and give the public more info, instead of saying in media interviews; that they cannot be specific on cities, streets that the tips they have gotten. Since they cannot be specific, nor can they say why they have to be so secretive, then they lose credibility in the public eye.

I'm sure LE does not want them to give out that info. LE wants to be the first to investigate. They don't want the info public.

Also, I'm sure they don't want the Anthony's following up on any 'tips' they receive, and I'm sure they don't want the Anthony's doing or participating in any searches.

IN MY OPINION this entire family is intimidation-proof. IN MY OPINION they have a sense of entitlement that is over the top. Way in the stratosphere. They were under oath in the bond hearing and just spewed out (IN MY OPINION) whatever the hell the thought of the moment was. IN MY OPINION they are not daunted by the laws of this society. They answer to a higher authority... or something.

In my opinion they are ALL getting ready to get a RUDE AWAKING.

Tick, tock, inch by inch, step by step, closer and closer, sooner and sooner...not soon enough for most of it, but it IS coming.:ornament::yes::popcorn::cop::cop:

Thank you. I'm sure many folks here think I'm something and brave wouldn't be the first word that comes to mind

I'll stand by ya, Chilly :blowkiss:

What you said is true. Casey's story is Casey's story is Casey's story and what her parents say, no matter how ridiculous and misguided, really doesn't matter in the grand scheme.

Personally, I would like to see Casey thrown to the dogs... BUT I AM NOT HER MOTHER. And I am not so bitter inside that I can't try to see the horrific conflict. This scenario is so awful I can scarcely imagine it.

Casey needs to tell the truth, she needs to lead LE to Caylee and give her the dignity she deserves and Caylee's family the answers they deserve.

Of course they will be witnesses at the trial to things they HAVE seen and have first hand knowledge of. They will answer questions that are asked of them. That is not the same as telling a story. Telling "made up" stories is NOT what happens at trials.

Respectfully Chilly..telling made up stories is EXACTLY what happens at a lot of trials. Yes, they will answer questions and if this family is anything like KC, which I can probably say YES they are at this point..no question is answered "simply" with them..everything gets elaborated. CA has proven that and so has GA..and while we're at it LA as well. Look back and tell me how many times they have answered a yes or no question properly..any of them? I only hope, for their sakes, that their attorney provides a muzzle for them at trial.

Personally, I don't think the Anthony's (Cindy and George) know all that much. Chances are, their attorney has advised them not to talk to Casey about they case. Casey's attorney, I'm sure, has told her not to discuss anything with her family. LE isn't going to tell Cindy and George much of anything due to the investigation. I'm sure C&G were advised not to follow up on any leads or tips, and not to participate in any searches. So, that leaves C&G pretty much in the dark, and reacting to info they are getting from the media. And, we know what kind of info the media puts out.
C&G are probably going insane knowing that there is little they can do. Due to legal ramifications, they likely have their hands tied behind their backs.

Nancy Grace said the phone records were as thick as a phone book. Did someone go down the list and call each phone number to see who the number belong to? Phone numbers do not show up on the record with names. Cell phones aren't even traceable, right? How do we know everyone who was called and who called Casey unless each number was dialed?

LE has access to records that citizens don't. I don't think they would have to call each phone number on the list to see who it belongs to. They could probably get a listing of the names along with the phone number from the telephone company. Once LE eliminates the known phone numbers - Cindy, George, Lee, Tony, Jesse, Amy, etc., then they would establish who the other people are that they don't know. I'm sure that each unknown person would be thoroughly investigated.

How do you know who really made up the story about Blanchard Park and that the Anthony GPs are going along with it? We've only heard that from LP who has, in telling this story, proven himself to be a liar.
And how do you figure that? RD verifies the same story that LP is telling. LP has in no way proven himself to be a liar. The A family has a laundry list a mile long of inconsistent statements and bold faced lies. imo.

I know several attorneys that would have to disagree with you.

We have already heard Cindy "make up" stories on the stand. She was in contact with Casey every day yet she was "missing". (Will the cell phone records support this story?)

They did not see Casey for a month yet GA says she came home on June 24th.

I believe their theory is that LE does not have all the phone records.

Isn't it amazing........in the more than four years that Casey has known Zenaida, not one of the calls to or from Zenaida has appeared on Casey's billing. I guess the phone company is very select in which calls they fail to list. [sarcasm] :)

Absolutely correct. They know every single number and who it belongs to now. They would not have left one stone unturned on those records.

LOL Yes! Odd that the internet did the same thing in failing to log any messages to or from her. Strange how things can disappear into thin air like that.

Someone has made up a new story that the family is going along with about Blanchard Park, the script, and the body in the trunk not being Caylee. It has most likely gone from a kidnapping by a babysitter who loved the child to a Mexican Kidnapping. I figure they will have to stay with that one and will blame it on an illegal immigrant who was using a fake name to begin with. The body in the trunk was and is still being ignored and not explained.

It makes ya wonder if Casey came up with a hispanic name for the kidnapper because she figured her mother would believe her story because she (supposedly) hated Mexicans with a passion. That girl is quite a piece of work...

Another fav of mine is Cindy saying that Caylee called Cindy's mom using Cindy's mom's number that was programmed into Casey's missing phone.

And let me guess...That is another call that the phone company "failed" to log on Caseys' phone bill. Dang phone company!

I would have to say that this has not been confirmed to be true. The person who made the statement appears to be less than truthful about certain things.

Not one person here is saying, "Hey, I hope they make up stories", but I do appreciate you playing devil's advocate. I'm sure she (Casey, the devil) thanks you too.
