Have the Anthony's even bothered to make up a new story?

I have a question to those who are more experienced with trials. When CA,GA & LA are on the stand if there is a trial for manslaughter(or whatever) and they are asked questions, will there be comparisons to their previous statements? In other words, since they have flip flopped so much, will that be pointed out? An example would be-in the beginning, GA stated he believed the story about the babysitter kidnapping Caylee. Then, later as he is dragging the billboard around town, he stated on TV that he knows where the kidnappers are and they are being watched in his "covert" operation. Now he has flipped back to the kidnapper story. So with that bunch of BS, what could he say on the stand?

I hope that makes sense:)
TIA!

I'm sure LE does not want them to give out that info. LE wants to be the first to investigate. They don't want the info public.

Also, I'm sure they don't want the Anthony's following up on any 'tips' they receive, and I'm sure they don't want the Anthony's doing or participating in any searches.

LE doesn't have to worry much about any of that happening IMHO.

Actually, the prosecution, as well as the defense, will use stories from many people. The people will be called witnesses at trial, and their stories will be called testimony.

There will be all kinds of witnesses: expert witnesses, credible witnesses, possibly hostile witnesses.

LE won't decide whose stories are heard at trial; the prosecution and defense will.

I'm gonna betcha Cindy and George as well as Lee will tell stories at the trial. And gonna betcha other people will tell stories about Cindy and George and Lee and their behavior and actions.

Just my opinion, of course. Seems to be the what happens at trials.

I hope this trial is televised. I want to see how Cindy is going respond when the prosecution asks her to show the court the telephone records that show phone calls to and from Zenaida, and specifically, a call from Caylee on July 15th.

I am in no means an experienced person in trials, but I did stay at a holiday inn express last night LOL just kidding, but in all seriousness, IF the state can get there statements in as evidence then you better believe they will be challenged if they change their story on the stand.

Since the As are not able to ask any questions of KC while she lives with them instead of jail, I would think they are playing "what if". Like, "what if" the dog ate KC's script from ZG? Or, "what if" Kaylee had just run away? What a great parlor game. If I were KC I think jail might be more comfortable than being with the As and that is why she needs to go to JB's for so much of the day. I thought it was touching to see CA and GA outside, protecting their darling daughter with a baseball bat and a hose. "What if" KC had gone out there? Probably too busy learning how to say the rosery (fashion accessory).

Yeah, Jesse diddit.

I think CA thought this one up a long time ago. Jesse is her plan b if KC gets blamed. She mentioned at the bond hearing that she believed Jesse was the father. She knew all along that she wasn't because he had a dna test shortly after Caylee was born. So why would she say that and just leave it hanging out there. I believe that's when the speculation about Jesse being the daddy and possibly being involved actually started.

They sit around playing Clue, and they change the names to fit the situation. "Zanny did it in the park with a candlestick". They're nuts!

Since they are supporting her story and telling it to anyone who will listen to them as truth then it is their story as well.

I found it interesting that, according the Jessee on Geraldo, the A's asked all of the friends not to speak to the media while they go running their mouths off every chance they get. I think they just don't want anyone contradicting their lies.

It makes ya wonder if Casey came up with a hispanic name for the kidnapper because she figured her mother would believe her story because she (supposedly) hated Mexicans with a passion. That girl is quite a piece of work...

I believe that's true. Also, the fact that Z came from New York because New Yorkers have a bad rep. (I can say that cause I'm from NY!)

Ok, so the phone records indicate that Casey never called or messaged a "Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales". Is there a current general area they want us to look? Or are they still asking people to search in the narrowed down areas of North Carolina, New York, Puerto Rico and the entire country of Mexico?

The above is sarcastic, but seriously -- with the revelation that there's no Zani, Zany, Zenaida, etc. listed in the phone records, has there been any new story that the Anthony's want us to buy? I haven't seen anything new from them with the release of the new phone records.

CA sad she has eliminated NY. So, it's down to TX, PR, and Mexico. There's one town in PR that she is insisting is likely. Can't remember the name.

At some point, she'll start getting "tips" from Europe, I imagine.

They'll take the 5th.

I just wanted to say that I think you are very brave ......and yes Casey's "story" is what matters here.

I dunno. Pretty sure the parents stories will factor in, when it all comes down in court.

There is GA and CAs story that the kidnappers had Caylee "close to the NC border." GA kept saying they were "under surveillance." CA said, "Please don't take her higher into the mountains!"

Then, there are CAs stories that she made up to back KCs stories. CA recently said she "eliminated NY" (as an area where Caylee is being held). How did she do THAT?

Great! It will give them a chance to go visit the Pope. :waitasec:

Seriously, what part of this child is not out of the country because there is no paperwork or passport am I missing here?! Even going to Mexico, my daughter had to have a notorized form from the ex allowing her to take him out of the country, a BC, and a passport to take my grandson on vacation. They did ask to see them, too.

Now, while Texas only seems like another country (I can say that being I am from OK)...I guess they wouldn't need paperwork....but someone would have found this child by now and held her until LE got there, imo. With a reward that high...no one would let this child out of their sight until they collected or hopefully...they would just be doing the right thing. Either way, she would have been found by this time.

Since they are supporting her story and telling it to anyone who will listen to them as truth then it is their story as well.

Particularly when they re-arrange facts, dates, and conversations to suit KCs tall tales.

And, it seems just the tiniest bit vicious, for CA to tell the court that JG is the father, when she knows about the DNA test. And, to start accusing him, behind his back, to try to take attention off their felonious daughter.

Face it! It's the WHOLE family!

LOL Yes! Odd that the internet did the same thing in failing to log any messages to or from her. Strange how things can disappear into thin air like that.
Yeah, not EVER talking to your babysitter. That proves something to me right there...like there WAS no babysitter, at least not that one.

Well, this time, when she threw four darts at a map to determine possible locations for her missing grandchild, not one of them landed on NY.

Nancy Grace said the phone records were as thick as a phone book. Did someone go down the list and call each phone number to see who the number belong to? Phone numbers do not show up on the record with names. Cell phones aren't even traceable, right? How do we know everyone who was called and who called Casey unless each number was dialed?

The cops don't have to call all those numbers. They can get all the info from the phone company.

Don't know about NG, but her copies had notations on some of the numbers.

Cell phone companies keep records. That's how the cops have KC's "electronic footprints" to guide the searches. Sources and locations are all documented. And, the cops know when KC's calls were made and received, because of carrier records. That's also how they know that during one call, KC was just south-east of the airport.

LOLOL! My coffee just went into my frontal sinuses!:)

Not one person here is saying, "Hey, I hope they make up stories", but I do appreciate you playing devil's advocate. I'm sure she (Casey, the devil) thanks you too.

;)

Oh come on! The poster wasn't advocating for Casey and I believe you know that!

Why is it that when someone implies that a friend of Casey's may be involved so many posters jump up and scream "NO WAY...their innocent...only Casey is guilty!" IMO, the same goes for the GPs and that's all this poster was saying. The Anthony's called 911 and asked to have their daughter arrested initially...remember? Yes, they did a 180 since then but only because they want to believe Caylee is alive.
