Haydn was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Lin Lan (who may go by the alias first name Maggie or Pepper), from Fairfax, Virginia on January 28, 2010. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for Lin on February 17, 2010. They are believed to have left the country and traveled to China.
