Heart Shaped Sticker And Duct Tape #2

Well you might place duct tape over a child's mouth if you're staging a kidnap scenario.

I am genuinely interested in this theory as I see it so often. What else did Casey do to stage this kidnapping? She didn't stage the event, she didn't sound the alarms, she didn't stage a search, she didn't stage a grieving mother. What is about duct tape on the body is suppose to support this kidnapping set up?

The lastest doc dump info stated that the duct tape was attached to Caylee's hair on both sides. It had to be cut out to remove it.:furious:

Remember the video of Caylee on Father's day, (presumably the last day her sweet precious self was last seen alive) Her hair was in a ponytail...
Of course, her hair could have been taken down later in the day... or I hate to say it, but "disheveled" in maybe a struggle of some sorts...
I was just thinking how much hair could have ended up on the duct tape assuming her hair was still pulled up that day... hmmmm
just a thought:mad:

Even in the ponytail pictures we have seen there a a lot of side tendrils that would have fallen to the level of her chin.

Supposedly she went swimming after the video was made. Assuming her hair got wet...someone should have taken it down to dry if it was still in a ponytail, imo.

It was attached to the skull by something ... maybe not enough soft tissue to analyze but clearly it was enough to hold the hair in place. I am sure that they cut it as not to disturb the portion still attached in case evidenced could be obtained.

I know what you're saying but Dr. G distinctly said Caylee had no soft tissue and her remains were completely skeletonized. I must need to take a nap because I can't see the logic in having to cut the hair. And that's all that I'm looking for is the logic in the removal of the duct tape.

The meter man sees something round and white in August -- like a laundry bag. Caylee is later found by the same person in a laundry bag that's inside a black plastic bag.

Pardon me for this graphic question, I apologize in advance.

Why would they have to cut the hair to remove the duct tape?

The reason I am asking this is, if there was no soft tissue as Dr. G stated, then how would the hair be attached to the skull? There wouldn't be a scalp correct?

I can't make sense of it.

That's what I want to know too. I don't understand.

I tend to believe it was like a "signature", too. No real thought to her child, but to put her mark on it. More like "I was here". She never considered it could connect back to her because, imo, Casey never thought anyone was smart enough to find Caylee.

I agree.

I don't think Casey thought anyone would ever find out Caylee was even gone.

She'd just stall Cindy then run off to NY with Tony. Remember she didn't say she WOULDN'T move to NY. She said she would have to be MARRIED to do it. (Mrs. TL, Mrs. Casey L., Casey L, Mrs. L)

If Tony didn't meet cough up the ring to get her to go with him, MH in CA was being set up. In the meantime Casey had handled the Caylee impediment (plus stopped Cindy from calling in the middle of the night making her come home and interupting important man-trapping techniques). She was also auditioning for being Mrs. TL by showing off her cooking, cleaning and laundering skills.

It seems to me Casey liked to push her games with people to the brink. Read Casey's texts with Amy. She promises to look at a house with Amy the very next day, then gets sick, week after week and EVEN when Amy begs Casey to tell her if she is not serious Casey keeps fibbing.

One could reasonably argue that the tape was affixed to the skull, because the soft tissue had already wasted away.

(The meter man allegedly saw something round and white in August. Caylee was found in a black plastic bag in December)

How would the tape affix to the skull, if first it was affixed to the skin and that skin decomposed completely?

Wouldn't the adhesive on the duct tape become compromised enough that it would lack "sticky-ness"?

How would he see the laundry bag if it was inside the black bag? If he had seen a large white laundry bag, I assume he would have said he saw a large white cloth bag of some kind? I would not consider a laundry bag something that is round.

Black garbage bags fade to a light gray when exposed to the elements ... you can still tell on examination that these were once black as they do not fade evenly ... however from a distance would still appear light gray ... some might even describe as white. I grew up in the country and many people would dump their garbage along the roadside ... I have seen this first hand.

Perplexed here too so I went of and did some googling. I found here a report of a skull and jawbone found after an apparent year after death where a lock of hair was still attached to the skull somehow. Of course it doesn't describe how but just merely knowing it was attached explains this dillema somewhat.

I don't know how the meter man could see such. But he did say that what he found in December he saw in August.

I simply offered up this obvious anomaly against a post that referenced a staging.

Let me go get some duct tape and stick it in some water...Hmmmm...Can we wait six months for results?! :waitasec:

since, from what I've heard, hair is the last thing to decompose...maybe her hair wasn't attached to her (non-existant) scalp or bone, maybe it was just there in a sort of clump around the skull, with some of the hair attached at both ends of the duct tape.

this make me think Dr. G did not tell us everthing. :waitasec:

Did you read the report? The black trash bag was logged in and reported to be torn - so the meter reader sees the white bag with the black bag torn and to the sides

And this has nothing to do with premedtation so please lets not go off on that tangent

Sadly... I think we will still be waiting for answers to these questions well beyond six months from now.

But the skull was not attached to the rest of the skeleton or at least it is my understanding. In that case...they could have slipped it off.
