Drip-Drop, that picture and that precious baby saying "Papa, you tired Papa?" breaks my heart into pieces. I would've taken that child and given her a lifetime of love and happiness.

How can I guess KC when there isn't any proof yet that points to her exclusively? I'm still waiting to hear what's going to be presented at trial that shows it could only be her, exclusively. Regarding there being no evidence linking the death to anybody else--how would there be, who else was investigated? (Beyond an interview or asking for a couple people's phone records or computers? And a walk through of TL's apartment and investigation of his car, but without cadaver dog.) Speaking of which, I need to find the thread about the leaves on the hat, there must be one.

if LE had implicated and charged, say, AL with Caylee's murder, would you be advocating for an investigation into everyone else but him? I just can't understand your stance. Sometimes it seems you are advocating for the underdog, but other times it seems you are more concerned about the fact that it's kc that is wrongfully accused. Like it is on a personal level. My question, just to clarify, is would you be still be looking for and interpreting evdence to point away from the accused, if the accused were not kc?

Something else that has puzzled me, how is it that the interior and exterior of the trunk lid, when dusted for fingerprints, found no identifiable prints, when we know - on the record, BY GA'S OWN WORDS that he opened the trunk on July 15th when he retrieved the car from the tow yard. O/T but this is one of the reasons that I have felt strongly from the get-go that the A's knew ALOT more ALONG time ago...........MOO

You make a very good point. I had not even thought of that.

I totally understand how you feel. it just breaks my heart.
Caylee would have had many wanting her if kc could have done what 99.99% of what other human moms that couldn't keep their babys do. Adoption.

heck, she could have left her at a police station, fire station, hospital, church, synagog. Heck, she could have rang a strangers doorbell, handed Caylee over and said"" please call 911 for me, i can't do it."
SO MANY CHOICES SHE HAD!
absolutely no reason for murder!!!!!
arrgggghhhhhh!
:cow: imo moo

ITA with you cyber! :furious::mad::furious: is for how this case has really gotten to me!

Yes, today was a tough day. It only gets worse and I don't want to know but I need to know.

Sometimes I wonder just how far humans have evolved to a higher conscience plane from being animals. Sometimes, not so far.

I right there with you, PM. I keep going between furious and overwhelming sadness over what was done to this poor baby. I don't think we will ever understand.

Sure did!! I believe LE took note of it, too. I hadn't heard they didn't find any fingerprints on the trunk lid tho. Interesting.

Very Scary IMO. How much worse can it possibly get? I'm afraid to even ask that question.

yes. that is what that precious baby Caylee said to her poppa. :(

She looked so secure in his arms, like if only she could stay there she'd feel comforted and happy.
That last picture of them haunts me. has from the beginning.

+1

I had to bust my cable down but when NG was on and they showed that video I couldn't take it anymore and had to change the channel until I was certain they weren't showing it anymore.

Right now, I wish LE would come forward and say that they are either looking at an accomplice, or there is not one.
I would least feel better knowing someone so sick as to help with the murder or cover up of a murder isn't walking the streets right now!

If GA took it through a carwash that might explain both. Just a thought.

I think the red heart just shows everyone what a sick, evil subhuman she was and is..

I believe the computers searches in the months previous to Caylee disappearing will show it was premeditated.

 My first reaction when the news broke...was this was an act of pure viciousness....the sticker..as in take that noisy snothead...pure nastiness.

I know george was in charge of detailing the cars on the weekend. Lee said it destressed him or something like that. But, he detailed faithfully.
SOooo, i imagine that after being gone for *31 days* kc's car was probably a bit untidy. Tossing empty softdrink to the floor etc. Didn't la say she was messy? So, i figure there was stuff to throw out and we know ca was tearing that car apart looking for info and that's how she found ah.
and still, when she got to TonE's apt, she never looked for Caylee nor do i recall reading that she even asked for her. ok, i'm goin o/t now.
:sundae: <----- enjoy.

imo :cow:

Steely Dan,
I watch NG every night and have to leave the room when they play the video of Caylee singing. It is like pouring salt in a wound......:(
God love her little heart.

Will you still be denying there is proof when they finally shackle her to let her spend life without parole after a jury of her peers and a judge sentence her?!

If you can't find it already in everything there is out there from the OCSO, the FBI, and everything else including the jailhouse tapes which directly point in her direction for this murder...I don't see the evidence in the trial making a difference. I don't even think a confession would convince some.

To me, it isn't logical to believe in some mystery person out there when they could not get into the A fam house, her car, on her computer, and all the other places including the very bag the remains are found in which match up with the things in the A fam house. It would appear they have filled in the triangle and now only have to present it to a jury.

Some posts are simply persistent, consistent, insidious efforts to bash at OCSO, the FBI, the prosecutors and anyone else who have worked long, diligently and quite likely very professionally to, YES, ensure justice for Caylee.

I get the point, as I am sure most do. Constitution, civil rights, innocent until proven guilty, hit me with a hammer to make sure my brain is capable of understanding reasonable doubt, etc.. (It is, thanks for the concern.)

Weighing things for ourselves does not mean any of us would make bad jurors incapable of weighing things correctly in a court room. But, we aren't in a court room here.

Every single time I pass one of those inflammatory posts by and let it go, I am proud of myself for not nibbling at the bait.
