You have literally no idea what she's done or not done. Her friend said he saw her do pot, that's it.
Weren't they co-workers?

Here's another people article: Best Friend of Slain Tx. Mom Held Her Hand During Birth — and Now She's Accused of Kidnapping Baby

"When Vickie Shreves arrived at the hospital delivery room of close friend Heidi Broussard on Nov. 26 to help with the imminent birth of Broussard’s daughter, she saw another of Broussard’s good friends, Magen Fieramusca, there too.

The two women, along with Broussard’s fiancé, Shane Carey, surrounded the 33-year-old Broussard as she began pushing in labor. Fieramusca stood at Broussard’s right, silently holding the hand of the friend she met years earlier at a Bible institute, recalls Shreves, who was holding up Broussard’s knees.

"Magen was quiet. Somber,” says Shreves. “She wasn’t saying a word to her.”

At 10:12 p.m., Margo Elizabeth Carey was born. Minutes later, Fieramusca “just left quickly,” Shreves tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue, on newsstands Friday.

“Without a goodbye she was gone,” Shreves says. “I knew something was wrong.”

The friend indicated she was a heavy pot user and that she also took cocaine.

imo, he’s so removed from the situation, he should have remained silent. A lot changes over the course of two years, moo.

  • #284
Reading that is just brutal!!!

And coke two times. But they haven't been close for two years.
OK? The person I replied to has her dealing meth and crack, which they made up. And what's wrong with coke? I've done it a lot and have never murdered someone OR kidnapped a baby.

Merger doctrine does not apply here, unless they intend to charge felony murder, with the underlying felony being kidnapping, and that's IF Texas has the felony murder doctrine. I practice in CA, so I don't know. But otherwise, kidnapping does not merge when murder happens, in the way that solicitation merges once conspiracy is formed. They can get both.

In Texas it’s called capital murder instead of felony murder.

This case will qualify imo.

Pommy transcribed last night, previous thread.
*we can’t discuss the questions asked, only Jake’s answers, per Tricia. (Previous thread)
I thought she said you can't discuss what hosts said as fact. The questions seemed in bounds - I could be wrong.

And neither of those things are relevant or predict murder.

After Slaying of Tx. Mom and Recovery of Her Kidnapped Baby, Expert Speaks Out on Infant Abductions
[…]

Robert Lowery, the vice president of the Missing Children Division at the Virginia-based National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, says a “stereotypical infant abduction” often involves “a female abductor and the murder of the mother.”

[…]

Authorities have said Broussard was strangled to death, but final autopsy results are still pending, as are DNA test findings confirming the identity of the baby, who is in good health.

[…]

While Broussard’s friend, VS, tells PEOPLE that when she last saw her, Fieramusca told her she was pregnant and due to deliver her baby within a week. VS says that, to her, Fieramusca did not seem like someone who was about to give birth.

Speaking generally about child abduction cases, Lowery says, “The motivation of these women who want an infant is almost always to preserve a relationship. They presented themselves as pregnant to a husband or boyfriend who they may be in a rocky relationship with to solidify their relationship, in most cases.”

[...]

Lowery notes that in almost every case where a mother is killed for her baby, the perpetrator is a woman. The babies, once recovered, are often found in good condition.

[...]

Lowery says the fact that Fieramusca is accused of kidnapping Broussard as well as Margot is unusual.

“Typically, when we saw infant abductions like this, the mom would simply be murdered and the baby would be gone,” he explains. “When the mom is taken along with the baby, that doesn’t happen quite as often.”

[...]

I worked for Bob Lowery when I was at NCMEC and infant abductions are truly his foray. He knows what he's talking about and he's absolutely right in this scenario.

To me, it sort of appears that some of the people talking about Heidi, Shane and now Magen are in it for the wrong reasons, and not to actually help.

As is always the case. Now the family know “real” V “counterfeit” friends and can eliminate the latter from their future as they move forward.
I think often people want to appear to “know” much more than they do and they sensationalize accordingly. If they have important info, they should deliver it to LE, not the media. Moo
I personally would not want anyone that spoke out in a derogatory manner hanging around me or my kids. I would never trust them again. Moo just how I roll.

you do not know any of that.

Nope I have no idea, but her looks took a drastic hit, and usually when one is fired and stole (allegedly, charges were dropped) 5 k, doesn't seem to have means to provide for oneself, and goes to the lengths of kidnapping and murdering one of their close friends, drugs might be involved. MOO. Time will tell.

Things have changed drastically since my daughter was born - only my husband was allowed - now friends can hold up your knees.

This is disturbing, I wonder if MF was planning to do this at the hospital and figured out security was too tight.

You know, even in the church photo, MF looked like trouble if you look at her eyes close enough. IMHO she's on some sort of crack or meth, rotting her appearance. She clearly has no income, hasn't worked in years, and is in essence homeless, and at her last job stole 5k which is something a drug addict would do. Also, kill a friend to sell her baby or blackmail a dude into paying for her house and bills..for more drug money..I don't know, but her appearance screams drug addict to me..not recreational drugs, but drug addict, as in no job, no home, doing anything for a buck= drug addict.
I'm not going to label her as a drug addict without proof. IMO you can't look at someone's eyes in a photo and and call them 'trouble'. Lots of drug addicts are fully employed and not homeless. JMO

Well most mother's thankfully don't have frenemies like MF.
MOO.

Generally, people who do drugs don't kill other people just because they're using drugs. I'm always surprised when I see drug use associated with violence, negligence and lack of responsability. There are many, many, manyyyyyyy people who are regular drug users that live a pretty "normal" life, they go to work everyday, they get their bills paid, they get their kids off to school, they put their kids to bed. Not all drug users are dirty, erratic, irresponsible or violent. I could bet that all of us know someone that does drugs and we have no idea they do. Same thing with high-functioning alcoholics, they are normal people with an addiction, but it doesn't mean they're violent. I believe many people are just ill-informed about addiction and recreational drug use and jump to conclusions really quickly. I do understand why people feel the need to search for reasons and catalystis when tragedies like this happen, but in most cases, the perpretors are just plain evil.

I was curious about that too. Two recent family member hospitalizations with a max of two people allowed with them at any time makes me curious about that too. South Austin St. David's makes the most sense for her address, and that's where I have the most recent experience. The rooms are tiny. Odd. When my nephew was born there, we could only go in one at a time even after the birth, because the dad was already in there.

IMO she is an evil Sociopath. A Sociopath who kills. I'm sticking with what my gut tells me. Unless something comes forth to convince me otherwise.

Very creepy and the kind of thing that becomes a red flag - in retrospect, unfortunately.

Heidi was, obviously, very open (too much so) which that thing took advantage of.
