I read in your link that downtown Houston has already received an inch of rain today. I'm in the northwest part of the metro area where the sun is still shinning and we haven't received a drop of rain (yet!)

And I'm way down in Fort Bend County and we've only received a little bit this morning, too.

It definitely feels cooler though which is a huge blessing after earlier this week.
