Good morning you wonderful people! I hope your day is wonderful and as amazing as you are!

My name is Jonathan and I am looking for some advice and some help (Otherwise the above title is slightly deceptive). I am thinking of looking into some old cases to see if there is anything that I can do to help or investigate. My questions are:

1. What is your option on this? I this a good or a bad thing (I know it is not as easy as this, but still).
2. how would you get started? I have seen that there are a number of open cases and wonder where to get the files and such.
3. What is your experience of looking into cases?
4. what skills do you need?
5. What resources do you use?

I am thinking of doing all this for a blog (Showing my age aren't I?). I just wanted to know if this is a good idea or not.
