Help! Keep getting a banned message?

I went to change my email address because we are changing our ISP. Yet when I hit the submit button, it states that my email address has been banned by admin. Anyone know how I can fix this or what I may have done wrong?

I haven't gotten any pms about anything, nor been contacted etc. I've been posting ALOT today, so I don't know if it's an auto thing where it looks like maybe I"m being a spammer.

There are several e-mail types that are restricted from this site. I suggest contactin a MOD via PM to get this cleared up. You are not banned right now otherwise you would not be able to post

That might have been it - I was trying to change it over to my yahoo account since it's checked frequently. I'll pm someone though and get it all straightened around. Thanks for the help!
